Heidi, Reynaldo and Luis at the front desk were phenomena. Super friendly and made the check in process smooth. Rooms are a bit small but clean and tidy. Housekeeping came by everyday without issue to replace towels, garbage. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town. Location was super convenient as it was close to the beach but far enough away from busyness of it. Maybe 5 minute walk from hotel to beach at most.

Overall, great stay!

Hotel Review in Miami – Rating: 6/10

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the first night, we were given a room next to a truck parking lot, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. Fortunately, the next day, we were moved to a quieter and better room, and from that point on, we were more satisfied with our stay.

Location: Excellent! The hotel is located just two blocks from the beach, making it very convenient for those looking for a seaside vacation.

Amenities: The hotel provides free beach towels, and guests can also get beach chairs at no extra cost – a great advantage for those planning to spend time at the beach.

Parking: A major issue in Miami. On the first night, we had to park in a lot 700 meters from the hotel, which charged a steep $75 per night. The next day, we found a closer parking lot just a 2-minute walk away for a more reasonable $30 per 24 hours.

Hotel Comfort & Services: There is no breakfast available, and the hotel is very basic – it provides a room with a bed and a shower, but not much more. If you’re looking for a luxurious or comfortable stay, this is not the place. However, if you’re only planning to sleep there and spend the day outside, it can be a decent option.

Food: There is an Italian restaurant at the hotel entrance with inviting aromas, but we didn’t get a chance to try it.

Bottom Line: Our stay started poorly, but after changing rooms, things improved. This is a basic hotel in a great location, but it’s not suitable for those looking for a high-quality stay. It’s best for travelers who just need a place to sleep. Overall rating: 6/10.

Great location, easy to get around and staff was helpful. They held a couple of packages for me. The restaurant attached was amazing! We had the Prosciutto pizza which was great! The pasta looked amazing as well.

Our only complaint was our room faced the balcony which had a very bright light and didn't close all the way so the humidity left a blanket moisture on everything.

We were hugely disappointed in the rooms. Very small (not spacious like the website said) and the recent renovations were questionable. It was old and outdated, other than the updated sink and shower head. No coffee makers in room. The beds were nice and we loved the pillows. Linens were very nice too. It was clean and we appreciated that.

The entrance to the hotel was horrible. The sofa was old, dirty and stained, and the coffee table was old, used up, with writing on it. Someone had used a pen to doodle on it.

The location was borderline… wasn’t a very nice part of town…. Just ok.

We did love Heidi at the front desk and all of the attendants were very nice and efficient.

The restaurant, Lemoncilo, was excellent though not associated with the hotel other than a shared location.

My daughter had a class for two days and so I mostly just hung around the hotel, but no place to sit outside with a good book, so I spent my time walking or holing up in the room.

We were also charged a ‘resort fee’ per day…. But there were no resort amenities. No pool, no spa, no outside lounging area…. So not sure what that was about. Ours was refunded because of our disappointment with the accommodations. That was nice,

Like many reviews on here, I’ll say it’s fine for ONE night.  Pros: location, comfortable and clean bed.  Cons: our room wasn’t ready at time of check in and the receptionist had to light a fire under the cleaning crew’s butt to make it happen.  The rooms are very dated, small, the carpet was stained and old, and the elevator’s inspection sign said it was DUE for inspection in 2023.  Soooo, ya know.  Chairs outside of the elevator were stained and missing buttons.  We parked in a parking garage a few blocks away because it was $20/night instead of the $40/night the hotel wanted.  We tried to call to check in earlier and like many reviews stated- nobody answers the phone.  You have a lot of options on Miami Beach for lodging and unless you’re in dire need, you can skip this one.
