I had a fantastic experience at The Spa at Hotel Victor. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and I was able to get in right away—something I truly appreciated.

The spa itself is smaller, giving it an intimate and exclusive feel, but it’s definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Miami Beach. They use natural products, which made my experience even better, as I prefer a more holistic approach to skincare and wellness.

I booked a 75-minute massage with Vivian, and she was absolutely amazing. She had the perfect touch—relaxing yet therapeutic—melting away all my tension. The ambiance was calming, and I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with skilled therapists and high-quality products, I highly recommend this spa. It’s a wonderful find in Miami Beach!

The location is this hotel’s redeeming feature, excellently placed opposite the gardens of buzzy South Beach.
The rooms were disappointing & not as the photos on the hotel’s website, with only one desk type of chair & nowhere else to sit other than the bed.
Housekeeping was hit and miss, most days towels were not replaced with like for like. So much so we tried to guess what items would be missing each day!
The pool area is in partial sunlight until around 1pm, after that it’s totally in the shade.
We booked on a bed & breakfast basis which I would not recommend.  We were given a limited menu to select from & the choice wasn’t great. If you wanted any tea or coffee other than the filter coffee & black tea on offer, you would incur an additional charge, which in my opinion was quite petty. It would have been better to book room only and have the flexibility to eat elsewhere (which we did anyway).
The hotel boasts three restaurants, in fact all meals are prepared in the same kitchen, it’s just different table clothes and menus. None of which were particularly good.
Overall our stay was okay, but not worth the price that we paid and could have been improved upon.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and I feel deceived by all the reviews that came before me. What happened to this place???

If I paid 200 dollars a night this hotel may have gotten 3 or 4 stars. However at 400 dollars a night I expected more than to have to deal with the following issues:

- room was obviously not cleaned well. Dirty counters and floor.
- shower and wand drip in the bathroom. You cannot take a bath without the rain shower or wand spraying you unless you completely wait for the bath to fill and turn the water off and wait for it to stop dripping.
- soap dispenser was empty during the entire duration of my stay
- only 1 chair in a room for 2 people
- the lighting is very inconvenient.
- staff were completely unfriendly, most didn't even say hi if I said it first.
- house keeping did not replenish items such as make up removal, soap, towels etc. They even took my bath mat and replaced it with nothing so I was down a towel, and they only give you 4.
- not a disability accessible hotel at all. No matter which way you come, you are going to have to go up steps.

Perks:
- Great location, central to the beach and dining etc
- cute lobby
- bike rental til 5 (did not test this out so don't take my word for this being a good experience)
- same with beach chairs etc

I'm so disgusted at the money I spent here and if I could take it back I would.

Clean comfortable hotel located in the heart of an Ocean Drive with all the amenities a true 4⭐️ should have. Laura at reception and Solomon were great! Nothing was too much trouble and their service was second to none. It’s people like these that make or break your stay and they definitely were 💯.

Great location on Ocean Drive in South Beach. We got a superior king room and it was pretty small. The mattress was a bit too hard for my taste. The bathroom/shower was odd. No real door to separate the bathroom from the bed, just two sliding frosted glass partitions that don’t go all the way to the wall to enclose the space. Zero space to put your clothes anywhere or hang a towel in the bathroom. There is a separate room for the toilet though. You have to raise your leg pretty high to get into the tub to use the shower. This may be a deal breaker for anyone with mobility or balance issues. Parking is $50 per night, valet only but you do have in and out privileges. CVS, Walgreens, and restaurants within block or two. Like most hotels, entry  doors slam so you can hear when anyone on your floor comes/goes. Ask for a room away from the elevators if you value quiet. There is a pool but it’s only open from like 8am to 6pm.
