Aside from the location, this place is a complete disaster. I can complain about MANY things during our stay but we tried to stay positive and let things go (getting service at the pool was like pulling teeth- it wasn’t until we walked in with our own food and were told no outside food that we were finally asked what we wanted to order, then they were out of most items. The guy at the pool was busy hanging with his friends and completely ignored us as we tried to order food/drinks/close our tab. They ran out of towels multiple times at the pool and we were told “use your room towels” which would be fine but we didn’t have those either. Which brings me to my next complaint- getting housekeeping was also very difficult and for 4 adults and 1 child we were given 4 towels total. Then they had the audacity to charge us $15 for a “stained” face towel (what in the actual….). The room was never really cleaned just sort of straightened up. We had to constantly call for simple basic things and even then was difficult to obtain (coffee, pillows, basic cleaning). I can truly go on and on but I think you get the point. Aside from the front desk checking us in/bringing our bags up, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. We stayed here for 5 nights and payed a boat load of money and I couldn’t wait to leave. Would never recommend or stay here again.

This hotel gets some things really right, and some things really wrong. I’ll try to describe it.

The whole place, including the rooms, feels outdated. Sure, the rooms are huge, but you feel like you’re in 2010. The bathrooms especially need a refurb. The “Spa” is a shared spa that the residents in the building use. That isn’t a bad thing, but the space itself is extremely underwhelming.

The gym isn’t as good as it’s advertised either. Pretty crammed space and again, it’s shared with the residents of the building.

On the plus side, the staff are great and are very accommodating.

The location is great if you NEED to be in Brickell, but would I stay here again? No, definitely not for the price I paid. I could’ve got a very similar experience at another hotel in Brickell.

I've been to Miami countless times and haven't stayed here until the most recent trip. I'll probably never stay anywhere else after this. The hotel is beautiful, smells amazing and is very clean. Valet service wasn't the best and hotel staff could have been nicer, but overall such a great experience and hotel! Also, location is a plus considering you have restaurants, shops and stores in walking distance.

Horrible customer service - been trying for two weeks to get someone to call me back for overcharge of 2 days $50 a day parking - stayed there 28-30 Jan - reservation PBGDBJKX  confirmation number 146076218 / stayed in room 504 ,  trying to tell them I did not have a car when visiting - no one bother to contact me back - spoke to Joanna, Monica and now trying to get hold of manager Virginia - still trying …. Next step will be to file a claim through my credit card, but at least I have sent 7 emails to prove that I tried hard  - no luck you suck !
I come to Miami quiet often and thought this could be a good place to stay but not any more.

Don’t stay in the second floor, we had to switch room in the middle of the night because the beat was so loud from a club nearby. It was a shame because we were very happy with the hotel, the room was very comfortable, new and clean. Very spacious and had the trundle bed  that was perfect for us since we were traveling with our 4 year old son. They switch us to a room in the 7th floor and it was really quiet, hope they would have advised us and given us a high floor room since the beginning. The food service at the pool was great, very nice and quiet area to relax.
