We were a group of 4 that really enjoyed a New Year’s Eve dinner / birthday. The restaurant is upscale and located on the 16th floor of the Gran Destino Tower at the Coronado Springs Resort. The food is very good and the service just as good. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be, but a little more than normal. If you’re looking for a nice, special place for diner, I recommend a visit to Toledo.

So this place is pretty cool.  Fits in well with the hotel theme of course.  The servers were as friendly as a Disney server can be!  But there was a big delay on getting the apps out and keeping my water glass full.

We ordered the ribeye for two with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. It started with a small version of the charcuterie board and a couple samples off the tapas menu.

Everything was pretty good.  Nothing amazing but nothing bad either.

The potatoes and Brussels were pretty good but I’d still only give them a 3.5 stars. The steak had a nice flavor but the cut was not good.  It was full of gristle and had no cap.  So we didn’t get the best part of the ribeye and we had to chew our way through the meal.  Not the best for sure.

Still it is a good place to go.  I’m sure some of the other food is good as well.

We finished off with their signature desert which was pretty good.  I’d give that 4 stars.

This place is beautiful and an amazing deal for cast members. The food was great. We had the ribeye for two. I can't say I liked every appetizer on the tasting but we got to try so many items, there is something you'll enjoy. The steak was tender; even my wife enjoyed it and she is super picky with steak. The mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts were really good too.

The decor is exactly my style across the whole resort. I'll be back for sure and maybe even have to do a staycation sometime.

Amazing view of the Epcot fireworks 🎆 if you dine at night, they also have a wonderful rooftop bar 🍸  attached. The tapas are amazing, as is pretty much everything! 😋 This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Disney World! 👏 🌎

Disney is really trying to bring a different clientele and finally learned good restaurants is the way. In the 16th floor of Coronado Springs Resort, and with an impressive view is Toledo Tapas.
Trying to emulate central and northern Spanish Cuisine, Toledo Tapas do a very good job. Not excellent, but the food is savory, with variety of taste, products, and aromas. Plates are almost all spicy, which is not as in the ibéric peninsula. But the food is very good.
Wine list is good also but with exorbitant prices.  Libations are very good and the bartenders Dahlia Lounge in the same area are fantastic.
Service is excellent mostly if you have a reservation.
Overall a very good place for dinner.
