Food was good, not great. Coworkers had the New York strip and grouper. I had a Caesar salad and Maine lobster bisque. Salad was very good and the bisque was tasty although it was lacking lobster. Only two tiny pieces of lobster in the dish. Service was absolutely outstanding. Everyone we talked to was wonderful. Atmosphere was great as well.

The charcuterie board was good, just one of the cuts was a little slimey feeling. I loved the honey on it though! We also had the macaroni and cheese and the  vodka pasta. Thr red pasta was really spicey. Our server was great.

Definitely recommend the dry aged steaks, also enjoyed the broccolini and bread service w artisanal butters.  Our server Diego was superb, very attentive and knowledgeable.  Fantastic dining experience start to finish.  August 2024.

We had a great experience the octopus is a delicacy as well as the smoked scallop. I had a black grouper amazing flavor and well made and finally we have for the desert cheesecake out of this world I have to mention Diego our server very knowledgeable of the menu and and amazing service. I went for a second time and they change the menu 5 days ago at the time of posting. The flavor of the fish and dessert is lacking, the catch of the day the same, however the new pork cheek was really good.

Food I give a 3/5. But service I give a 5/5 due to the server Brad, and manager on 6/6/24.
I ordered an appetizer, filet, and Brussels sprouts. Along with a lavender drink and dessert to go. Unfortunately the appetizer wasn’t in line with my taste, and the steak fell flat for me. I shared my honest opinion but praised the drink, sprouts, and service. Without prompting or expectation, they removed the appetizer from my bill despite me saying it was my personal taste buds that did not care for it- not their preparation. Brad and his assistant team checked on me every step of the way, and went above and beyond in explaining flavors profiles and ingredients that may compliment my meal. I really cannot emphasize their quality and care in service.

Servicen var fantastisk. JP var mycket professionell och kunnig om varje enskild sak i skålen. Vi kommer definitivt att vara tillbaka för att besöka honom!

Utmärkt restaurang. Jag kan se hur de fick sin Michelinstjärna. Maten var utmärkt och väl presenterad. Utsikten (utanför) var bra och Servicen var utmärkt. Hela processen, från parkering på hotellet till kontrollen (inklusive validering för parkeringen) var smidig och smärtfri. 
Den enda konstruktiva kritiken är att vi köpte ”Floridian Fall Experience” som inkluderade en 3-4 rätters måltid för ett fast pris. Servitören ”var inte medveten om något sådant” och fortsatte trycka på den dyrare menyn. Trots det var upplevelsen underbar.

Maten var helt fantastisk! Vi var där för att fira vår 2-årsdag och Justin gjorde det så speciellt. Stort tack till personalen!

Vi firade min 40-årsdag här igår kväll och vi är så glada att vi gjorde det! Servicen var oklanderlig. JP (med hans fantastiska Franska accent) var en fulländad värd, och såg till att våra alla behov sågs till. Hans assistent, Ty, var också bra. Maten var vansinnigt god. Vi blev förvånade av quality och den speciella behandlingen — gratis champagne, en födelsedag välkomstskylt och ett ljus i vår dessert trots att det var i en takeout container för oss att ta till vårt rum. Så speciellt! Bra vibbar, fantastisk mat, INTE snorkig eller skrämmande. Tack, JP!

Restaurangen var vacker, ren och lugn. Vår servitör, Justin, var mycket artig, hjälpsam med rekommendationer och mycket uppmärksam. Han tittade till oss regelbundet men svävade inte. Maten, var något av det bästa vi någonsin haft. Hummer bisque, bläckfisk, marulk och kilsallad rekommenderas alla starkt. Vi fick också en sida av majsen - jag ville aldrig sluta äta IT. Min man sa att bläckfisken var den bästa han någonsin haft, med armarna nedåt. Du MÅSTE prova denna restaurang! Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka : )

Vår erfarenhet på Seared var verkligen exceptionellt tack vare Jhon Philipe. Från det ögonblick vi anlände, välkomnade han oss med värme och professionalism. Han var mycket uppmärksam, kunnig om menyn, och hans rekommendationer var klockrena - på. Han såg till att varje detalj i vår middag var perfekt och fick oss att känna genuint omhändertagna. Det är ovanligt att stöta på sådan hängivenhet och karisma. Jhon är en enastående medlem i teamet och förtjänar absolut en befordran.

Övergripande underbar upplevelse på Sear and Sea på JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. Vår server, JP, var förstklassig. Jag bestämde mig för att köpa gnocchin, men jag bestämde mig för att köpa en annan rätt. Han gav mig faktiskt en liten skål gnocchi att prova! Det var fantastiskt! Plus att vi firade vår bröllopsdag med våra barn. Den lilla bröllopsdagen, den speciella champagnen, desserten... alla extra detaljer var så fina. Min vän och jag hade en fantastisk upplevelse. Vi behandlades så bra av personalen, särskilt vår servitör. Minns inte hans namn men han var en ung venezuelansk gentleman som var fantastisk. All personal här förtjänar en löneförhöjning för att få gästerna att känna sig välkomna och som kungligheter. Ginprovningen var fantastisk, rekommenderar starkt.
