The best sushi I’ve had in many years, and the best sushi experience I’ve had maybe ever. David was phenomenal as a host and a chef, and even the non-fish eater in our group had several pieces and enjoyed them. Looking forward to returning.

The only reason we didn’t give full stars is that the experience felt slightly rushed toward the end to stay within the 90-minute window, and the drink options were somewhat limited and had to be ordered from a separate location; a broader sake or wine selection would have elevated the experience even more. Nevertheless, Norigami is a true gem—one we’re excited to return to for its remarkable attention to detail and mastery of flavors.
