The folks at this local store are being screwed over by corporate. We ordered through the corporate website and got confirmation I pizza would arrive in about 45 minutes. After an hour and a half I called to see where the pizza was and could not be connected. It took 15 minutes to cancel the order. I was unable to get an email confirming the order was canceled. Felt like a scam but was just old fashioned incompetence.

We ordered a pizza at 6:51pm for delivery. I got an email receipt that my delivery was estimated for 7:36pm. At 8:00 I had not received my order so I called the store 4 times to inquire. I chose option one to inquire about an order, and I was immediately told that my order had been delivered by an automated machine I was in disconnected. I called back and chose another option and was placed on a long hold. Someone did pick up the phone however no one spoke and they hung up on me. I called again and was transferred to a call center and they told me that they would connect me with my local store . While I was on hold, I drove from my home to Pizza Hut. When I pulled up, there were four people working and one customer in the store. I inquired about my order and was first told that they did not have any delivery orders. I showed them my email receipt, and then they told me that my order was out for delivery and had already been delivered. I told them it had not been delivered so he proceeded to call his delivery driver and told me that they were actually right now. I did look on my ring camera , and no one was at my house Confirmed that with my family at home. Definitely do not recommend this Pizza

I went to pizza hut on highway 29 suite 215 Athens ga, today. I order online. I ordered 2 pizzas,a meat lovers and a Supreme with extra cheese. I go in to get the pizza and I am usually show the pizza but I didn't  think anything.  I get to the car and I open up the boxes. Omg, the pizza looked and was hard. The pepperoni was like a cracker. It was crispy and crumbled when I picked it up. The Italian sausage was hard and dry. So I only take the meat lovers back thinking the Supreme was ok. I was wrong. They re-did the meat lovers but it still was bad. I get home and was fixing to try the Supreme pizza and the toppings start falling off. So I rake back other toppings and I see a whole cheese pizza underneath!! I now know why the pizza looked they way because they put toppings on top and  cooked it again. I guess someone else wasn't satisfied either,so they passed it off to me!! I am very upset. I am wondering now if the pizza was touch... customer service is out the window now. Prices are high on everything and I don't think no one is playing about their money. I got a email from corporate,that I would get a call from this pizza hut on 29. No call and it has been a month or more. I even reached out to corporate and no reply. It's sad. Google wants a update. I haven't been back. There are other restaurants around this place! I have not been back to this pizza hut. I like the Golden Panda,which is next door. That's my update!

I love Pizza Hut but the customer service I received from Richard (black hat with dreadlocks) was so unprofessional and rude that I deeply regretted going to the restaurant. I placed the order the day before online and was unable to pick up due to a family emergency. I called several times to notify the restaurant that same day, and also called the next morning and was unsuccessful so I decided to go to the restaurant. I explained my situation to him and he stated that since I wasn’t able to pickup my order the day before they took a loss and they were busy for game day. I’m thankful that he did make my order again but it wasn’t correct and the cheese sticks were not pleasing (burnt cheese)😔 I’m not sure what I did to deserve that type of rudeness but I watched as he was pleasant with other customers but handled me as if I was a problem and I remained respectful. Maybe a bad day for Richard! A nightmare for me my sister was involved in a bad car accident was my emergency. Have a blessed day and love more🙏🏾💛

I ordered online for pickup. Walked in and the young black man with a black hat and long locs didn't say hello..he literally looked at me and acted as if I didn't exist.  Finally after standing for about 3 minutes with no greeting whatsoever, the young lady from the back comes up, says hello and gives me my order.  I'm looking through the reviews and there are similar experiences with Richard. So why do you keep him? He provides no customer service.  And he looks unkempt.
