We enjoyed a fabulous anniversary at Atlas for our first visit. This is a truly special place. Our server Anthony was excellent and made us feel special but also comfortable. There’s a way in fine dining that can feel like you’re being talked down to and we NEVER felt that way. Anthony treated us with the utmost care and respect and we felt like friends. The rest of the team was so attentive and we truly appreciated the card and little touches to help us celebrate. I did the vegetarian tasting menu which was so nice to have as I don’t always see a lot of vegetarian items in tasting menus. Anthony worked with me to customize my experience and it was perfect.

I have been to many Michelin Star restaurants and have countless tasting menus. With that said, Atlas did not disappoint. Each plate/ course was thoughtfully and artfully made, and it all was delicious in my humble opinion. Our server was great, with service overall from the whole team excellent. I would definitely come back again in the future.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a staycation at the St. Regis and chose to dine at Atlas for dinner. We opted for the Chef's Tasting Menu with both supplements, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Each dish was artistically presented and thoughtfully crafted, showcasing innovative flavors and techniques. Standout highlights included the Kristal Caviar, "Green Eggs and Ham" with White Truffle, and the Venison—each dish a masterpiece. The meal was enhanced by delightful surprises, such as additional snacks and a cheese tasting, which added an extra touch of luxury. The cocktails paired beautifully with the meal, making every sip as memorable as the bites.

The ambiance was welcoming and refined, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Our 3.3-hour dinner flew by in the best way possible, with comfortable seating and a pace that felt indulgent but never rushed.

The service was truly top-notch. Our main waiter, Tony, was friendly, attentive, and never overbearing. A small comment I made about the Turbot (my favorite fish, though slightly overcooked) was addressed with incredible care. Despite assuring them it wasn’t necessary, the team went above and beyond by serving an additional dessert—an interactive twist on Eton Mess. These thoughtful touches are what make Atlas truly shine.

Overall, I’d rate the food 4 stars for its creativity and flavors, the atmosphere 5 stars for its comfort and charm, and the service an impossible 6 stars if I could. Atlas is a gem, and I’ll absolutely be returning for another extraordinary dining experience.
