Came here for me and my partner’s anniversary and had a really wonderful time. We were able to sit in the kitchen area, which was particularly fun being close to the action and within our own little nook of the space. The food was phenomenal across the board and the staff was lovely. What’s unique here is that they encourage a sort of “dinner party” vibe and to explore the space. Very fun! Try and find the humorous surprises/“Easter eggs” throughout the space. Overall a wonderful experience.

One of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Being able to “hang out” in the kitchen while they cook and prep was so fun. The casual, inviting atmosphere allowed for all guests to be relaxed and comfortable. We will absolutely be back and recommend this to anyone in town.

It was a spectacular experience dining in EL ideas. The chef welcomed everyone like his friends. He encouraged us to walk around, take pictures, talk to the staff and chat with other customers. The food was amazing, blending with different cultures. My favorite was the octopus, it was a very bold Japanese fusion, smoothly combining spicy and sweetness. It’s not a typical fancy Michelin restaurant, but an inviting, warm, small place that gathers foodies and explorers.

Great experience. The staff is very attentive, engaging, and very focused on providing a great dinner.  Chef Foss explains each course, providing the backstory and motivation behind each dish.  Very creative and fun.  You can interact with the staff in the kitchen and the guests mingle with each other too.  Very appreciative of their inclusion of my wife’s guide dog and for being disability friendly.  Highly recommend the experience.

Pommes frites frosty är en extremt rolig rätt. Älskar det faktum att du kan komma in i köket och utforska & prata med kockarna. Det är också byob & de byter ut glas för dig samt ger ishinkar. Maten var bra, ingenting var häpnadsväckande. Överprissatt in & i slutet sparkar de liksom ut dig för nästa tjänst som var en enorm ogillande.

Wow! Vi hade en fantastisk tid på El. Maten var intressant men ändå tillgänglig. Det fanns delar av förtroende som ännu presenterades på ett nytt och spännande sätt. Matsalen var bekväm. Det kändes som att du var hemma hos någon som serverade god mat. Jag älskade upplevelsen och rekommenderar andra att prova den.

Jag var på El Ideas för ett privat evenemang. Den intima miljön och unika smaker för en minnesvärd natt. Vi hade en 12-rätters måltid och varje maträtt var bättre än förra. Du kan se och smaka uppmärksamheten på detaljer, smak och konsistens. Pommes frites och glass blåste bort mig som ett unikt koncept som smakar bra. Jag gillar också att den här restaurangen är BYOB. Ta med ditt favoritvin och njut av en kulinarisk upplevelse.

Min man och jag åkte till El Ideas för min födelsedagsmiddag. Framsidan av huset person och kockarna var alla mycket vänliga. Vi tog med oss champagne och vin, och varje bord har en champagne / vinhink som står bredvid det, så att vi kunde fylla på våra glas som vi ville. Vi hade ett bord på sidan av köket, som var trevligt, eftersom det var ganska privat, men vi kunde se pläteringen av varje maträtt från vårt bord, eller gå över till köket för att observera. Maten var alla pläterad konstnärligt och det fanns intressanta parningar. Jag gillade den första kursen (padden i hålet), och tyckte om squab-, lamm- och fläskkurser, liksom kursen med äpplesdesserten. Jag älskade inte alla av dem (gav den röda snapper crudo till min man för att avsluta efter att jag smakade den - inte ett stort fan av crudo), men det är en rolig matupplevelse, något annorlunda.

Vi tog en måltid här i november. Det var en intressant upplevelse. En flersätters måltid med intressanta kombinationer. Vissa fasetter är mycket unika (din första kurs kommer med redskap). Inredningen är rustik och enkel. Det är byob utan korkavgift. Vissa rätter var bra (potatoe purjolök milkshake) andra jag tyckte lite grundläggande. Anledningen till de tre stjärnorna är att du betalar mycket för måltiden och upplevelsen. vi kände oss rusade. Så snart vi slutade en kurs så visades det från vårt bord och en ny maträtt visade sig utan chans att verkligen äta den föregående maträtten. Jag skulle ha velat bli mer behandlad som en välkommen gäst snarare än någon som de ville ut snabbt efter kurserna.

Att komma till EL Ideas är en del av äventyret. Att säga att det är utanför misshandlad väg säger det mildt. Lita på din GPS (eller din cabbie) så kommer du dit och det är verkligen där den är.

Vi fick ett mycket varmt välkomnande. Flera andra gäster var antingen stamgäster eller välkända för personalen, men vår behandling var precis samma. De tillhandahöll en korkskruv för det vin vi tog med (vilket på grund av våra researrangemang var en flaska som köpts på närmaste livsmedelsbutik - det bästa de hade men inte nödvändigtvis den bästa flaskan).

Alla äter samma måltid (utom alla förinställda allergier) på samma gång, så att du inte ser din nästa kurs innan den anländer. Det är en liten plats, så efter att varje kurs har levererats finns en kort beskrivning till alla på en gång.

Maten är fantastisk. En härlig kurs efter den andra. Intressanta kombinationer, allt väl förberedt. Du är inbjuden att komma till köket för att observera förberedelser, vilket är kul.

Vi var nybörjare i gruppen. Vi kommer inte vara så länge. Kan inte vänta med att återvända.

El Ideas är där fina middagar möter en rolig middagssemester. Där du upplever oväntad presentation och fantastiska smaker. Där du har en av de mest utsökta, kreativa och minnesvärda måltiderna. Tillagd bonus: BYOB.

Kocken Foss skapar rätter som berättar en historia. Smakerna är djärva men ändå enkla och förfinade. Du får inte en meny förrän måltiden är slut så varje maträtt är en överraskning. De byter meny ofta och är tillmötesgående för dietrestriktioner / allergier.

Stämningen är varm, välkomnande och livlig. Det är en interaktiv, öppen köksdesign så att du kan se kockarna i aktion. Du kan se köket från nästan alla bord i restaurangen, men de bjuder dig öppet in i köket för att se närmare.

Bill Talbott, framsidan av huset, är lika bra som det blir när det gäller kundservice. Han bryr sig verkligen om din upplevelse och brinner för att ta hand om varje gäst. När du går in i restaurangen tar varje detalj hand om dig. Vibe är rolig och avslappnad men du behandlas fortfarande som VIP.

Livets livsstil och energiska personal är bara glasyren på kakan som gör den här en av de bästa restaurangerna jag någonsin har ätit på. Maten var allvarligt fantastisk med kombinationer av smaker som gjorde mina smaklökar hoppa runt i min mun. Min tabell kände mig privilegierad att njuta av denna upplevelse som kände mig som en natt på en stor kockhem. Tack kocken!

Ingångsdörren verkade vara omärkt, bortsett från Michelin-stjärnan klistermärken. Jag kan föreställa mig att det är för att de inte vill att folk går in från gatan. Min man och jag satt på framsätborden, inuti köket. Priset var premie men vår åsikt var otroligt. Alla andra i restaurangen var avundsjuk. Vi serverades först och talade med varje kock på en intim nivå. Vi kände oss som domare på kocken. Mycket roligt, bra show och högkvalitativ mat. Pricy men en gång i livet för oss.

Vi letade efter en särskild årsdag middag och El Ideas rekommenderades till mig så jag bokade det.
