My favorite part of the whole experience was the synchronized water pouring right at the beginning. The two gentleman did it with a flourish and made such a mundane act really delightful.
I was not to happy with some of the flavors and the use of smoke as a flavor elements in the first two courses. Also, the course in the cup that break the top too was too sweet.

Very depressing that it is now closed, but I will still provide my review:

Very positive experience here at Grace. We were able to take pictures with the chef and hear his story, and how exceptional it was to receive his 3rd star, and so quickly.

The venue is definitely very romantic, professional, and dark. We were lucky to get a full tour of the basement where the chefs hung out also. Why I rate this place 5 stars versus other Michelin 3 stars which I rate 4 stars is because of their service. You feel like you connect with the chef, they tell you their stories, show you their home, and do what they can to make the experience exceptional. We were even able to hang out in the kitchen to see how things were cooked!

The wine pairing was exceptionally delicious. After, you get an amazing buzz and wanting more. As for the food, it was definitely top notch. Their choices of meat are fresh, their soup is uniquely made and tastes good, and everything was just beautiful.

I had a blast and hope to visit again.
