Came here a while ago, and I’m not sure why I never made a review until now. This place is absolutely incredible. Hands down the best steak I have ever had.
We did the bar side with less options instead of the 12 course, but I am going to use this as fuel to work hard and save up to one day get the 12 course meal and be able to say “I made it!”  This seriously will keep me ambitious if I can come back here one day.

Servers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the food, and helpful if you are indecisive.
When they didn’t ask how I wanted the steak cooked I thought it was strange, but then when it came to me I understood by the first bite the chef knew how to cook it better than I did.
The Michelin star guide is based on how far to drive for a restaurant which was made by the Michelin tire company, however this may call for an airline to do the same because it deserves its stars and is worth more then just a far road trip.
Best oysters! Which is surprising for Chicago and the 11 layer cake (I think) was amazing as well.
In a different part of Chicago, but as I noted it worth more than a far drive.

I also recommend most beers they have, do t remember any names but there was a coffee one that goes great with the deserts!

WOW what a great dining experience. The food was out of this world!! Best dish was the steak and potato served with it was 💯
Scallops were also phenomenal, lovely lobster orzo served with them. The cod was a slight miss as the mussels in the dish were sandy- could feel the sand in our teeth.
The chocolate cake was also veryyy good but not life changing, so skip if you’re full.
Would 100% go back and definitely get the scallops first on my list.

The food was excellent, with each dish beautifully prepared, though the portions were a bit small. Aaron, our server, was friendly and made our experience very enjoyable. We also tried the beer flights, which were a great addition. The selection offered a good range of flavors that matched well with the food. The atmosphere was a nice mix of fine dining elegance with a relaxed feel, making it a unique Michelin-starred experience. For our first time at this Michelin-starred restaurant, it felt welcoming and comfortable, striking a good balance between sophistication and a laid-back vibe. We didn’t get the chance to experience the tasting menu experience but definitely will come back for the next time

Hands down amazing food & staff! Front of the house never keeps you waiting, never keeps you wondering about what you are ordering and what dishes are arriving. Kitchen all around absolutely amazing! I hate seafood but those scallops call my taste buds every time. But nothing beats a great dessert! The German  chocolate cake!

A bit off the beaten path and nestled against the highway,  they really take beer up to the level I'd expect of a Michelin star restaurant.

Went for the bar as a walk in and was able to be easily seated and order from some ala carte offerings that were all flavorful and well plated along with good presentation by staff.

Prices were fair and we left well satisfied. Definitely will make a return trip for the full experience.

Moody Tongue Brewery är ett bryggeri för människor som inte gillar smaken av öl. De kan inte göra kvalitet Reinheitsgebot öl så de gör öl med alla sorters trendiga fluffingredienser för att inte smaka som öl. Plana, smaklösa pilsners, oddsmakande bärare och stouts och generiska blekala.

Hoppas för bättre, gick in på detta attraktiva, upptagna utrymme, hälsade genom synen på ett flertal servitriser och varierade sittplatser. Nyfiken om sortimentet av smaker som erbjuds, hade Chocolate Churro Porter, som var det bästa av gänget. Citron och nektarin öl imponerade inte, och särskilt inte banan. Ja, kakan är väldigt bra och väldigt stor, men eftersom det inte finns på en meny kommer priset på $ 15 som en chock. Det finns också det faktum att du betalar i genomsnitt ca $ 1 per ounce för öl. Det finns en eldstad som ser ut som om den kanske inte fungerar, omgiven av hyllor av inbundna böcker (till taket) - men varje hyllan har ett låsande glasfönster, som för att skydda dem mot stöld - även om de är böcker du kan köpa av pundet på en loppmarknad. Allt detta kommer samman för att skapa en känsla för denna plats / företag. . . men jag hade inte samlat det, jag skulle inte återvända.

Jag kom hit sent på kvällen för en drink med några vänner. Jag dricker inte öl, det är inget fel med det men chokladkakan här är en av de bästa öknarna jag någonsin har haft! Baren atmosfär är cool och i stil och det här är en plats för ölälskare! !

Stor liten bryggeri ligger i Pilsen (strax utanför 90 och norr om Cermak Rd). Vi kom för chokladkakan men slutade med 3 olika öl. Min favorit var Brulee banan dunkelweizen en vacker slät mörk lager. Kakan kan enkelt delas av 6 vuxna. Det var 5 av oss och vi tog fortfarande ca 1/3 av det hemma.

Smakrummet ligger i ett gammalt lager med stora fönster, takfönster, en öppen spis sittgrupp, några bord och naturligtvis baren. Det var gott om gratis parkering i området (vi var där runt 3: 30. Service var stor - öl var läckra. Det var 10-12 öl på kran och begränsade menyalternativ. (Ostron och enorm chokladkaka).

Hade citron saison och smakade tangerine IPA. Fast. Funky modern atmosfär. Saison är slät, citrondämpad (Hint: låt öl andas lite, precis som vin). IPA hoppy men inte överväldigande. Citron saison kompletterar verkligen ostronen.

Moody Tongue Brewery är ett ur vägen bryggeri men väl värt att hitta! ! Ölnen är mycket unika! Jag älskade speciellt Peeled Grapefruit Pilsner, skivad nektarin IPA, och rökt Applewood Gold. För att gå med ölen måste du beställa 12-lags kakan. Det är överlägset den bästa efterrätten som någon av oss någonsin hade haft! ! Vänta personalen var mycket kunniga och erbjuds många smaker innan vi gjorde våra val. Kan inte vänta med att gå tillbaka! !

Jag tror att detta gör ett utmärkt jobb på bryggeri står ute som ett exklusivare bryggeri än de flesta. Den atmosfär är mycket bekväma och flott, som är inte typiskt för en bryggeri. Jag skulle definitivt säga att deras Choklad Churro Portier är det bästa öl.

Åkte hit med min pojkvän att åka på wee tour & försöker ut de öl. Vi blev inte besvikna. Deras faciliteter var ganska intressant att se & de choklad churro portier gör mig vill ha att åka tillbaka två gånger en vecka på minst! Den portier var god & söta, men på något sätt inte alltför tung. En av mina nya favorit öl. Turen är $ 20, men kommer med en öl, så det är en prisvärd 'sak att göra", vid en regnig lördag eftermiddag. Efter avslutad tur vi var tvungna att prova chokladkakan - - WOW! Yummmmm! Det är enorm. Vi båda gillade det verkligen. Det var inte alltför söta, men hade så många olika smaker på gång. Provningen rummet är en uppfriskande omväxling från utsidan av byggnaden. Rummet är inbjudande och rymligt. De anställda verkade glad över att vara där. Det var överlag bra upplevelse.

Provningen rummet är mycket vackert gjorda, och servicen var utmärkt. Ölen är bra, inte jättebra. Jag hade den skalade grapefrukt Pilsner, som jag gillade. Det var verkligen inte något annat på den meny som jag kände mig som jag BEHÖVDE för att prova.

De erbjuder turer, men det är $ 20 . Att blir du en ganska coolt glas, en öl, och den tur- och. Verkade alldeles för dyra detta, enligt min åsikt. Vi ville göra något annat på en lördag natt, vi kastade oss iväg till Moody tunga Brewery's tasting room. De har varit brygga för ett par år, men den Smaka rum är ganska nytt.

Det är i Pilsen, och det finns inget runt den. Men det är värt att resa - - ta en taxi eller en Uber.

Det utrymme verkligen imponerad oss. I byggnaden verkar vara en före detta lagret. Den vinprovning. rummet i sig var verkligen läcker - - enorma fönster, bra belysning, och verkligen väl genomtänkta och mer strömlinjeformade inredning och belysning. Det har ett modernt, upphöjda känner att du inte ser i många bryggerier. Det finns en stor bar, flera bord, och en mysig sittgrupp runt en öppen spis och bokhyllor.

Vi satte i baren och blev varmt välkomna av bartendern. Hon visste hennes grejer och gav god vägledning som vi navigerat fram den öl meny, som bestod av alternativ alltid tillgänglig och en del begränsad tillgänglighet öl. Hon var villig att ge oss en liten smak av alltid tillgänglig öl innan vi beställde. Jag antar att jag förstår varför de vill ha att undvika att ge en smak av den begränsade tillgänglighet öl, men jag vill ha föredragit att få en smutta på innan de committing till den fullt glas.

Den öl var bra och definitivt smakade som lokalproducerade ölsorter. Jag beställde en choklad porteren; det hade de rika pråliga attribut lyckas du förväntar dig på en hotellportier och den choklad var mycket uttalat sig i näsan. Jag kunde inte ta två glas av det med tanke på dess fyllighet men verkligen njöt av den ena. Min partner beställde en pilsner som hade vad du skulle vilja ha i att öl - - väl - rundade smak med trevliga Husen håller värmen anteckningar. Jag önskar de gjorde öl flyg, men du var tvungen att välja en öl.

Den öl var serveras i vin - som glas. Detta skulle kunna vara pretentiös men det fungerade den avslappnade och upphöjda stämningen av utrymmet; med tanke det bidrog en elegant touch och glasögonen skulle bidra med smakerna av de öl sticker ut.

Obs - - den mat meny här är super - begränsat - - bara två saker! Ostron eller chokladtårta. Så, kom för den vinprovning. upplevelse, inte den pub mat. Det är ett bra ställe att starta eller avsluta en kväll och vi ser fram emot att ge några vänner som besöker staden nästa månad.
