High level service made for a great restaurant experience. Every steak at the table was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Seafood tower appetizer was very good and fresh. Oysters were excellent. Great shareable side options as well. The cocktails were on point too.

Very nice place. The food was delicious. You have to get a steak, obviously. We tried 24 ounce bone-in ribeye cut, but I'm not sure what the name of the plate in the restaurant was, but it was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were delicious. We also had the loaded potato and the pork belly. They gave us complementary cotton candy at the end. The service was excellent.

For a $125 steak, I expected better.  It was cooked well. However,  I could have done better on my own grill.
The mac and cheese was great.  I had to dip my steak in the cheese just to make it taste better.
Very disappointed

The seafood tower was good. Not worth the money, but good

Service was great, and so was the atmosphere.
I will try it again,  but try a different steak.

Wow!!! I had an amazing birthday dinner here! Everything was perfect, we loved the vibe of the restaurant and the music playing added a fun touch. Steak was perfect. Loved the whipped potatoes (without bleu cheese). Had a good skinny marg from the bar! Side note but their bathrooms smelled amazing, I want the candle they had burning!!! All the staff members were great. They also added some specific detail that made my birthday dinner so much more special. I will undoubtedly be back!

It was an excellent choice for fine dining,
Loved the ambiance.. celebrated birthday and dating anniversary. I called ahead of time to let them know the special occasion and was provided excellent service. The food was amazing, and the waitress was very knowledgeable of the entrees . Very romantic evening with me ending the night by asking the beautiful love of my life to take my hand in marriage! She said YES!.. a table of four gentlemen bought us a round of drinks as well as the restaurant with complimentary desserts!

Connecticut – född upptäckte vi en del gemensam nordöstlig historia, men kopplingen var inte det som betydde mest – IT var hans intuitiva förståelse av tempo och ton och hans oklanderliga kommando över menyn. 

En kort paus innan måltiden började fylldes av Belvoir: en mousserande fläderblomscocktail spetsad med citrus. IT slog an exakt rätt ackord — cool, brusande, örtig. En aperitif som återställer dina sinnen. 

Sedan kom Hamachi Crudo — skivor av Japanska amberjack draperade som silke över en viskning av sesam och vit soja, den svaga lökiga kittlingen av gräslök som tråd genom. Crudo är ofta delikat; detta var transcendent. IT levererade smakklarheten hos sashimi med den skiktade kryddningen av något mycket mer medvetet. Jag fann mig själv tyst chockad. 

RPM: s stek program läser som en liggare av besatthet. Köket erbjuder Wagyu i både klassiskt trä - grillad form och dramatiken i Ishiyaki. Jag valde att utforska tre sällsynta urval — en vertikal provning av slag:

	•	Och så Château Uenae Snow Beef — Hokkaido ribeye, uppvuxen i minusgrader, omöjligt mör, med en smältande kvalitet jag bara läst om. 

Varje snitt var en utbildning, och varje grillad till en krävande finish som gränsade till vördnad. 

Sidor känns aldrig som en eftertanke här. Den rostade sockermajsen spetsad med citronvitlök och feta spelade upp rökiga - söta toner. Japanska sötpotatisar fick precis tillräckligt med värme från Fresno chili för att motverka deras sammetslena konsistens. Och den så kallade miljonärspotatisen? Tryffel - rakad, eftergiven och helt obotlig. 

Efterrätten blev ett utsökt dilemma. I slutändan gav jag efter för huset - gjorde kakor och gräddglass: ganache rippel, magiskt skal, skiktad teater. IT serveras vid bordet med en häll - över av varm ganache som förseglar rätten i ett glansigt chokladskal - någonstans mellan Willy Wonka och haute konditori. En lekfull blomstring av apelsinsockervadd anlände, oönskad men djupt uppskattad, tillsammans med en ordentligt torr cappuccino — serverad med återhållsamhet blir många ställen fortfarande fel. 

RPM Steak återuppfinner inte stekhuset. IT förfinar IT — destillerar genren till dess mest väsentliga, lyxiga delar. Det finns modernIT här, ja, men det är i glädjens tjänst, inte nyheten. Om du är i Chicago – eller inom den vaga ursäkten för en omväg – gå. Inte för att bli imponerad, utan för att vara genuint, grundligt nöjd.

Examensmiddagsfirande. Min student hade bokat detta i god tid, i förväg. Det var hans val! 
Vi väntade lite på att sätta oss. Servicen var snabb och uppmärksam. Servitören kunnig med viner och stekförslag. 
Vi skulle ha provat wagyu biffar men priserna var för höga. Fastnade på American Beef och BOY var det UTMÄRKT. Sällsynt till medelsällsynt, var som smör. Sidorna av sparris och andra, var YUGE! och läckra. 
Jag introducerade pojkarna till Steak Tartare som presenteras på bordet med en blomning av vaktelägg, blandas sedan serverar var och en av oss. 
Vi hade en Prosecco att fira. 
Allt var fantastiskt. Desserten var utmärkt. 
De gav oss sockervadden till studenten! 
En stor helhetsupplevelse, jag skulle 100 % gå tillbaka.
