My partner and I stayed at Sentral for three months, and it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. One of the highlights was the incredible view of downtown and the lake absolutely breathtaking and made every moment special.

Beyond the great apartment, what truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing staff. A huge thank you to Joy, Eurience, Sadio, Sandra, Emmanuel, Matt, and Ulas for their outstanding hospitality. They were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The place itself is always nice. Great views and close to everything. I’ve stayed here 3 times but the staff and attentiveness is a constant issue. They do not respond to requests for extra essentials. One toilet roll and 1 set of towels for a week’s stay is unreasonable. Just put extra in the unit. I put a request in for clogged toilet and no one came so me and my children had to go to the 7th floor each time we had to use the restrooms. If you intend to stay here, bring your own essentials because they are truly slow to respond or don’t respond at all. People pay too much money for the lack of service.

Stayed at the sentral for my birthday & it was wonderful! I had an amazing stay. Joy & Sadio at the front desk was very welcoming & pleasant, along with the other staff. I would definitely stay again & recommend this stay to anyone traveling to Chicago.

I recently stayed at Sental, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. What truly set my experience apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Joy. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. Joy greeted me with a genuine smile and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions about the hotel and the local area.

Thanks to Joy and the team at Sentral, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

We came for a quick spring break getaway and everything was great. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and really made the stay special for our kids. We will definitely be back.
