I travel a TON for work. This is an amazing change of scenery from the typical hotel experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well decorated. There is a great co-working/common space on the third floor that came in super handy. The general vibe is amazing. The hotel owner/manager are beyond accommodating and incredibly friendly. Breakfast was the cherry on top. Definitely going to be a regular choice for me during my trips to Chicago!

You’ve never been anywhere like this. This place cares for your heart in such a way that you will leave better than this historic building, its warm whimsy, and loving staff found you. I’ve been blown away at every turn of this experience here. It’s captured a moment in my life that I will fondly remember forever. Perfect location, exceptional rooms, high quality and fresh made breakfast in the most charming B&B.  Could not ask for anything more.  Top notch amenities and high quality linens complete the in-room experience and the cozy fireplace in the communal great room make you feel like you are home.  Highly recommend.

Spent a two-night staycation, which in previous years would have been at one of the luxury hotels downtown. I was so thrilled with my stay! Gorgeous room (Sinclair), the perfect blend of character -- original brick walls, hardwood floors, clawfoot tub -- and modern amenities (automated blackout curtains, climate control, large walk-in shower). The two breakfasts were take-notes delicious in a beautiful common area with great light. The staff took exceptional care of me, helping out with nearby appointments and a gym pass. Loved that I could walk to multiple great places to eat (Loyalist, Lola's, the Press Room). I had the perfect birthday getaway. Will definitely return and bring my spouse.

I can't say enough about how great this place was. Service was so warm and accommodating; the rooms were very cute and comfortable; and the breakfast was a great community moment (plus the coffee is delicious and strong!). I was so excited to stay here and it did not disappoint!
