Location is perfect. We stayed 1/17-1/19 and it was a pleasure. Chris and the other young lady who checked us in was a pleasure to speak with daily. The hotel staff is very inviting. David assisted us with our belongings and he is an amazing person to chat with. The only complaint would be hearing the outside activity time to time. We were on the 11th floor with beach view, but it was worth it! Will be staying again when I visit.

We enjoyed the Viceroy for a weekend birthday trip. The rooms were beautiful, the lake view was fantastic, and the rest of the hotel was a joy. The lobby staff were very kind and accommodating. David was wonderful, providing food and fun recommendations, assisting with luggage, and flagging down our car service. We will be coming back for sure. I would say maybe don’t intend to visit their restaurant the last 30 minutes before close. We sat at the bar for a drink before heading to our room and it took over 15 minutes to have our cocktail order taken and the bartender was rather annoyed.

Second year in a row doing a staycation here and will be back! The rooftop lounge is quite nice and the room is enjoyable and relaxing. We had a nice skyline view and a bit of the lake. It’s also dog friendly which is perfect for your fury baby!

We could not have been happier and more pleased with the accommodations at the Viceroy! Allison  went above and beyond, when I called prior to our stay.Food in the Somerset was delicious. Mark was so pleasant at the hotel and Always had a smile on his face! Thanks again and look forward to next time!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was great to have a bar connected also, and it was beautiful as well. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was enjoyable and had a nice view. Would stay here again for sure!
