I stayed here for business and had an exceptional experience. The level of service provided is truly outstanding. From the moment you arrive, you're warmly greeted and taken care of. Logan, the concierge, was especially remarkable—her kindness and attentiveness made my stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond by sending thoughtful goodies to my room and checking in daily to ensure everything was perfect. The fireplace and balcony were perfect additions that added a cozy and relaxing touch to the property. As someone who travels frequently for work, I’ll definitely be making this my go-to property in the future.

We have stayed at the Waldorf Astoria many times before, and I want to share my most recent experience, which started with some challenges but ended on a positive note. Initially, we were given a room that wasn’t what we had requested—a bathroom with a window and bathtub facing the parking garage. When we brought up our concerns with the front desk, they were able to assist and moved us to a better room during our stay.
After our stay, the director of front office called us personally to follow up and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. His professionalism and genuine care made a big difference, and we truly appreciated the effort to make things right.

Thanks to the excellent service and the director’s follow-up, our experience ended on a high note. This is why we keep coming back to the Waldorf Astoria, and we look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful and world class. Easily the nicest hotel in Chicago. The rooms are really large and the service is exceptional from the daily made bed with the most comfortable sheets and beautiful marble bathrooms. The fitness room is great with multiple treadmills and Peloton’s as plenty of weight options.

I also highly recommend Brass Tack for food and Bernard’s bar for drinks. Not to mention the hotel’s stellar location to Rush street and the Gold Coast shops!

The front desk was extra helpful in granting us a late checkout on our day of departure and always courteous. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a great stay here and the service was impeccable! They turn down your room at the end of each night while you're out at dinner which was a pleasant surprise. The gym is super luxurious and my favorite part was relaxing at the hot tub and sauna - I went during the day and had the place to myself. We enjoyed grabbing drinks at the hotel restaurant before dinner. Great location too!
