We went during the winter and  it was still beautiful. However it seems it's definitely better in warm weather. There is alot of out door walking to get in between the different buildings to reach the restaurant, cafe, store and the green house.

Absolutely gorgeous garden and fully deserving of the awards and recognition it has. It is diverse enough to offer something for everyone and well maintained enough that you will enjoy it no matter what.

The kids garden/playground is interactive, educational, and fun for all ages. The bonsai garden has many impressive and old trees, while the Japanese garden is immersive and lush.

Everywhere from the beautiful greenhouses to the vast rose garden to the hidden bridges and creeks tucked around. Be prepared to spend a lot of time exploring here, you’ll need it.

Always love this place. Nice quiet place in Brooklyn to enjoy some flowers, some birds, and very nice greenhouses.

Keep your eyes open, there are lots hidden goodies that change throughout the year. Migrating water fowl, large areas of blue bells blooming, a bunny hopping around, a woodpecker in a tree, and lots of other goodies.

The Lightscape show was a truly mesmerizing experience. The combination of lights, music, and nature was nothing short of magical. I was blown away by the creativity and skill that went into designing this show. It was a truly immersive experience. The display was breathtakingly beautiful and the atmosphere was festive and fun. The show was expertly curated, with a perfect balance of light, sound, and scenery. 5 stars isn't enough... this show deserves 10! 💫 The show was pure magic. A perfect holiday treat! 🎄

Jag älskar att komma till Brooklyn Botanical Garden när blommorna står i full blom. Den här gången stod Blåklockorna, en vårblomma som dominerar ett hörn av trädgården i full blom och talade om spektakulära. Det var ett hav av ljusblå blommor och doften var så söt doftande. Vilket sätt att gå genom en trädgård! 

Inte bara dofterna av blommorna var underbara men utseendet och känslan i trädgården är som Moder Natur vill bara att vi ska lugna ner oss och njuta av livet. Att bara koppla av och bli förvånad över färger och dofter och luta sig tillbaka och njuta av det. 

Efter att ha åkt runt i trädgården satt jag på Körsbärsträdets gräsmatta och somnade i solen. Det finns inget bättre än det!

Medan vi besökte Botanic gick vi in i huvudbyggnaden för att vila och bita och dricka kaffe. De har också mycket mat här och det är en trevlig plats att sitta en stund. Du kan göra en lunch här. Och det fanns gratis wifi.

Visste du att det är gratis att komma hit på fredagar före 12? Det är det! Och det är fantastiskt.

De har ett skyddsområde med ett bonsai-rum som är så coolt. Jag älskar bonsais så jag älskade att se alla mini-träd. De har ett dessertområde med många suckulenter och kaktus. De har också ett doftområde där du luktar varje blomma. Super unik!

Hela botaniska trädgårdarna är fulla av dammar och bäckar med minifallfall. Det är väldigt avkopplande att promenera genom och se naturens skönhet. Det kommer uppenbarligen att bli ganska varmt på sommaren som det var idag men jag är säker på att våren är perfekt. Det finns badrum överallt där du går och det finns ett litet kafé som serverar mat och dryck (till och med fros och sangria). Jag kommer definitivt att gå tillbaka.

Jag gillar verkligen att komma till Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Det är ett trevligt ställe att tillbringa på eftermiddagen. Det är en av de bästa platserna att bara gå och koppla av och kommunicera med naturen.

Cherry Blossom Festival är en av de mest trafikerade tiderna i trädgården och alla kör runt med sina kameror som tar bilder. Ändå när körsbärsträdarna är fulla med det andra lövverket som kommer in, finns det inget som det. Trädgården är bara hisnande. Trädarna har sin egen gracefulness mot dem och tulpanerna var också i full blomma så påverkan är väldigt snäll.

Det var mycket underhållning och konst och hantverk pågår den dagen så det fanns mycket att göra. Men när det är lugnt i trädgården är det bara trevligt att sitta under ett träd och se världen gå vidare.

Det är en mycket avkopplande ploace.

Jag växte upp i Brooklyn på 1950-talet och 1960-talet på bekvämt gångavstånd från denna vackra park, så jag kom hit ofta. Min favoritavdelning av parken var och fortsätter att vara den japanska trädgården. Också om du kan besöka när körsbärsträdgården blommar på våren kommer du att bli förvånad över vad du ser.

Tidigare i år besökte min flickvän och jag Brooklyn Botanic Garden för att se Cherry Blossom Festival. Det var fantastiskt. Körsbärsblomningen såg magisk ut och festivalen var ganska fantastisk. Naturligtvis tog jag massor av bilder.

Kommer definitivt att gå tillbaka nästa år.

Verkligen haft trädgårdarna, det var en liten konstruktion pågår så vi fick inte se allt men det var inte ens ett problem, det här stället är MASSIVT!
Tillbringade ca 3 timmar här enkelt. Så många interaktiva saker i hela trädgården för yngre människor också.
Min mamma och jag hade lunch på caf där vi hade den mest underbara tiden. Vår server visste allt om maten och besvarade besvärligt alla quieries vi hade. Maten var gudomlig! Skulle rekommendera vattenmelon gazpacho, 10/10.

Brooklyn botaniska trädgårdar är mycket trevliga att gå runt. Jag hade turen att gå på en lugn stund och gick rakt in, det fanns inte många människor där. Jag tillät inte tillräckligt med tid att gå runt ordentligt så jag såg inte allt. Skulle rekommendera ett bra antal timmar här för att uppskatta det. Några av områdena behöver bättre uppmärksamhet även om vissa av plantorna var döda. Annat än det är ett mycket trevligt besök.

Planerat en trevlig dag för festivalen. . tyvärr inte många körsbärsblommor var i blom. . Jag tycker att parken behövde någon vårstädning före evenemanget. . maten som de tjänstgjorde tror jag kunde ha varit mer äkta, bättre urval och jag trodde väldigt dyr

Detta var oväntat fantastiskt, så väl inrett och underhållet. De håller tyst om denna dolda pärla, men väl värt en tunnelbana åktur. Kontrollera inmatningspriser, vissa dagar är gratis entré för alla, några dagar gratis för oldies etc. Många höjdpunkter, särskilt japanska trädgården. Massor av platser etc. Trädgården hade också många "tema" områden som en aveny av mogna körsbärsträd, en samling av trädspioner, område för barn att gräva hål (handdukar etc.), örter, doft etc. Har kaféer. Inte trångt men uppskattat uppenbarligen av lokalbefolkningen.

Också värt ett besök är den intilliggande Prospect Park, full av stora mogna träd, välskötta gräsmattor och stigar. Gratis inträde.

Min dotter och jag lunched där och det var inte bara läckra men inställningen. . . fantastiskt vacker. . . naturligt ljus, vänlig vänta personal. . . Jag kunde ha tillbringat en annan timme bara vilar och njuter av vin eller te, men trädgården beckonned!

Den här trädgården är en vacker en i NY & u-hytten spenderar omkring 3 timmar just exploring sin himmelska skönhet med en känsla av att vara i "paradis på jorden" exotisk flora med underbar trädgård café mitt för att uppdatera sig själv. Härlig baldakin av träd att koppla av

Denna park består av trädgårdar med olika egenskaper: Rock Garden, Japans Pond Garden, Water Garden, Native Flora Garden, Fragrance Garden, Shakespeare Garden, Discovery Garden och Lily Pool Terrace. Den japanska Pond Garden med dess röda port, pittoreska broar och "tehus" har bänkar att sitta och reflektera. Shakespeare Garden ligger i engelsk stugstil och innehåller 80 + växter som Shakespeare hänvisar till i dikter och lekar. Det finns en körsbärsblomsträcka, rosor, tulpaner, magnolias, kamelier och mycket mer är i svängar på alla sätt du ser ut. Plattformar ger tillräcklig information utan att vara överväldigande Gratis på tisdagar och lördag morgon,

The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens är kul mestadels under de varmare månaderna men jag åkte på en mycket intressant rundvandring i vinterträdgårdsdelen av trädgårdar som kan göras året runt.

Den tropiska trädgårdar och den "bonsaiträd" trädgårdar är öppen alla året runt och är trevligt att besöka i den vintern månader när den är plantorna övertygad om att det är deras sommar. Så alla växterna växer för traditionella växande månader.

Cactus Gardens var mycket trevliga och välplanerad. Den japanska trädgården var vackert med alla snö och is och var mycket pittoreska. Med dammen smälter bort och alla träd fulla med snö, är det ganska den ort. Vad är också trevligt är att det är gratis precis nu i den lugna månader.

De har också en trevlig presentaffär.
