Everything!! For the past year or more I have been renting from Enterprise car rental. Simply because of the friendliness of ALL of the employees, from the front desk to the pickup area, to the last check point before exiting!! I am amazed at how Enterprise are able to employ an entire staff of friendly, professional group of employees! The very first employee I encountered was Kelsey Cooper. This young man personality was so awesome that I knew I didn't want to rent from any other rental company. Then I started paying attention to how the entire staff's attitude towards their customers were the same. Thank you each for your friendliness and kindness

Visited this location before and every-time, the visit is better than the time before. This time I picked up a rental because I was out of my car due to a repair. I walked in the door, I was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk; he asked of the nature of my visit & how he could be of assistance. I advised I was picking up a rental due to a mechanical repair on my personal vehicle. He got my name then he proceeded to go to the rear of the facility to get the vehicle. We did a walk around, I paid my deposit, that's a review for another time, and I was out of there. He did advise no pets, no smoking etc, however when I got inside the vehicle however I noticed a few dog hairs, I was in a hurry, so I didn't have time for them to clean it out. I simply asked they make a notation on the rental agreement so I wouldn't have a hassle upon my return of the vehicle. Yet again, another great experience at this location. Oh my, what a difference just a few miles & a different location can make.

They changed their hours, but didn't tell any reservation holders. I had a reservation for Saturday. At some point this week they changed the hours and closed before my pick up time. So I showed up to a closed business. To be clear- I was not late for my reservation, it was for a time after the new closing time. Unbelievable. I called costumer service and they can't explain how it happened. I guess I'm just stranded here.

I had such a wonderful experience with the staff here at this Enterprise and am completely satisfied with their service. My friend and I visited New Orleans last week and needed a rental car for a day to get out to the Whitney Plantation. I booked the reservation ahead of time online and was able to stop by and pick it up just a few minutes after they opened that Wednesday morning. That afternoon, I returned the car and was even offered a ride back to the hotel we were staying at. Huge thanks to Isadore Wood and Wendy Gentry for their assistance!

I rent every month in different cities, but the service I've received at this location has been consistently amazing. Renting at the airport can take hours, it's much easier to uber over here for a car... It's right off the interstate, and the employees are professional, and super efficient. Ben, Alex and Tyler work as a team to get me on the road quickly, and always offer directions, explain the car's features, and help with luggage. I highly recommend this Enterprise.

This location gets five stars because of the excellent customer service by branch manager, Brandon Hale. His polite and caring demeanor was greatly appreciated. He did his best to make things happen when my category of car was not immediately available and when I had a few minor issues, again he did best to make things right. This gentleman is a big asset to the company.

This is the best enterprise location in New Orleans. The staff is so helpful and nice! They understand the need for quick and quality service, and they will give you just that with a cup of water or coffee if you need that too! It's easy to book online or in person here. You can always call in if you leave something in the car, like your entire gym bag. They also allow you to park your car in their gated lot. :) They are happy to drop you off if you need a ride somewhere within thewill be The one downside is that the staff is forever changing! You will make a great "friend" and they might be there forever.
