We had an unforgettable experience on our last-minute trip to New Orleans! From the moment we arrived, the vibrant energy of the city swept us off our feet. The girls were absolutely thrilled with every bit of this amazing place. We wandered through the charming French Quarter, soaked in the rich history, and savored the delectable local cuisine.

The live jazz music floating through the air added a magical touch to our adventure.

We also explored the beautiful Garden District, where the stunning architecture left us in awe.

The girls loved the street performers showcasing their incredible talents. One of the highlights was visiting the Audubon Aquarium and Zoo, where we got up close with fascinating marine life and adorable animals.

Every moment of our trip was filled with excitement and wonder, making it an experience we will cherish forever.

We definitely recommend New Orleans to anyone looking for a vibrant, fun, and culturally rich destination.

Our spontaneous adventure turned out to be one of the best trips we've ever had!

Very cool place to visit and there is a lot packed into a small area. There's something for everyone! One of a kind artwork in a style you won't find anywhere else.
I do not recommend going alone and even in a group, stay vigilant and aware of your surroundings. It's also a pedestrian only area so I recommend taking an Uber from where you're staying or parking in a nearby garage and walking a few blocks. The architecture is worth the stroll.

The Jackson Square area is a historical landmark in the heart of New Orleans.  Steeped in rich history - this is the site where famous "negotiations" took place, including between the ruling royalty from France and Spain.  In current days, street artists, performers, families, tourists, and locals all use the park area for recreation and cultural endeavors.  Bordering the area is the St. Louis Church and many buildings that are quintessential architecture is famous and noted for New Orleans.

We visited New Orleans for the 1st time a week ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was so beautiful and I love the old history of the town and buildings. Jackson Square was so pretty and I loved to look at all the local artists work around the outside of the square. I wish I had room in my luggage to bring some home. Next time I visit I will bring and empty suitcase to bring more souvenirs home.
