Beautiful start to any night. Yes, the cocktails are at the higher end… of NYC prices… meaning 24 dollars a pop, but it’s frankly worth it to take in the impeccable vibe and beauty of this former bank. My Banana sazerac was pure rocket fuel, but the Orchard spritz was a slower sip. My wife and I mused this would be a great date night spot: we both wished we’d spent the whole night here to be honest!

Stunning venue.  I could not get enough of the beautiful decor.  The cocktails were pure mixology, loved them.  We enjoyed the carpaccio and shishito peppers too.  Service is eager and polite.  Would go back in a heartbeat!

I popped in right when they opened on a Friday (no reservation) and was seated at the bar right away. I had read the bad reviews about rude service and was a little nervous (lol) but I had a great experience! I just had one martini (delicious) at the bar. The host and the bartender were very kind and friendly! I will definitely be back soon to try some food. The room itself is magnificent.

The most beautiful room in the city wouldn’t even need good cocktails or food to bring the crowd, but Swan Room absolutely delivers on all fronts. Spectacular cocktails and service, delicious bites if you’re in the mood. Servers are kind and helpful if you’re not sure what cocktail will be your jam. Bartenders are skilled and welcoming and the manager seemed to be orchestrating a well defined symphony of perfection. Will be back.

1 star because the location is so pretty, but the staff is really rude and make you feel really bad. My friend had her birthday and I can’t believe the way they were with us. You can’t take any picture or the staff yell on you. They ask you a fee if you are more than 6 at a table. How can you act like a Michelin star restaurant when you are just a regular bar? Ridiculous. I won’t recommend this place, you can find so much better in the city!
