We’ve been coming here for years now-the food has been pretty consistent and generally very good.  Service is cordial and polite.  But why 3 stars when everything is 4?  Well on our most recent visit here a week ago, they charged $0.50 for packing your leftovers to go (patrons next to our table).  That’s just insane and rubs me the wrong way.  $0.50 is not much but just not right for paying customers who can’t finish and want to take leftovers with them (this is not a buffet).  This has us seriously considering not to go back.

It’s busy place, they don’t take reservations but they do their best to accommodate you. We went on a busy Saturday night with a larger party and they did their best to get us seated together but it didn’t happen. It didn’t affect the enjoyment of our meal, we loved the freshness and quality of the food, the options and overall value. It’s not high end; it’s down home and so good. Noodle soups came out piping hot and flavorful.

Would definitely visit again without hesitation. Service was really good too.

Really loved the food, all of them were delicious. I ordered the wonton, shao mei, fried crueller, congee, beef chow fun, and pan fried dumplings for $70. The portion was big so u could share them with friends. I would recommend u to eat the dishes with the chili oil, it was delicious and not too spicy (but don't add too much, so u could still enjoy the real taste of the food). The service was fast, and the waiters + waitresses were kind and friendly. They would regularly refill ur tea 🫶
Moreover, the resto was clean and they didn't use MSG.

The culinary offerings were of exceptional quality. I sampled their crab dumplings, which were so delectable that despite burning my mouth, the extraordinary taste made the experience worthwhile. The umami flavors were particularly impressive. Additionally, I highly recommend their chicken congee, which was simply remarkable. The crab dumplings took a while to come out. In comparison to other nearby establishments, the pricing at this establishment was relatively higher.

The service was polite, attentive and fast. The atmosphere was "well-crowded and well-worn Chinatown hole-in-the-wall" - in other words, just right. The soup dumplings were very good (as soup dumplings are wont to be, if you'll allow me that generalization). The Chinese broccoli provided a green - albeit bland and boring - vegetable with my starchy meal. The starch itself was hot pot rice, with chicken, which I'd read would be among the best of its kind in the city but which was also, alas, boring. It was a bowl of well-oiled white rice (with the requisite browned and crunchy surface sticking to the clay pot) topped by a half-cup of bland, mostly boneless chicken pieces, some slices of mushroom and a single floret of broccoli. (The clay pots of others near me had plentiful broccoli so the fact that mine left the kitchen so bare might reflect uneven attention to quality.) I've been to Chinese bakeries that sell a pint of white rice with chicken pieces on top for about $3.50 and this was essentially the same thing, writ large and crispy.

Perhaps I'll go back, despite my disappointment tonight, because the couple to my left had clay pot rice with curry beef and the woman to my right had clay pot rice with a glorious mix of meats and greens and both looked and smelled so good (and so much better than mine) that I want to try them.

The cost was $36 + tip for the three dishes mentioned above (which I think would be enough food for two standard people).

There was a line to get in at around 7pm on a Saturday night. I heard "10 minutes" and "20 minutes" being quoted (echoes of a certain 'Seinfeld' episode?) but I was seated immediately because I was alone and there was a party of three at two adjacent tables for two.

Vi stannade till vid Noodle Village för lunch medan vi utforskade Chinatown och det levererade allt vi hoppats på - äkta, utsökt mat serveras med värme och effektivitet. 

Jag åt nötkött, ingefära och salladsnudlarsoppa, medan kycklingversionen som min son hade också var utmärkt. Smakerna var djupa och tröstande, nudlarna var klockrena och portionerna generösa utan att vara överväldigande. Det var den typ av nej - krångel, rakt - till - punkt måltid som träffar målet när du vill ha något tillfredsställande och verkligt. 

Personalen var vänlig och välkomnande, vilket gör hela upplevelsen avslappnad och trevlig. Om du är ute efter en ordentlig skål med nudlar i Chinatown utan hype, är denna plats väl värt ett stopp.

Vi brukar åka dit varannan månad för roliga mellanmål av nudlar, congee och dumplings. 
Jag provade något annorlunda vid mitt senaste besök och de var alla bra. 
Den extra bonusen med det stället är att de inte använder MSG så det är bättre för mig.

Gick dit på juldagen när resten av Manhattan stängdes. Ganska pålitliga nudlar plats. Utsökt.

Min man och jag besökte Noodle Village efter att ha väntat i rad på en annan restaurang nere på gatan i nästan 30 minuter. Efter att ha sett bra recensioner här åkte min man till Noodle Village för att se hur lång väntan skulle vara. Han fick höra av värdinnan att vi skulle kunna sitta omedelbart, så vi trodde att vi skulle prova det. Vi satt och fick varm te att dricka. En servitris kom kort därefter och tog vår beställning. Vi båda beställde kyckling stekt ris. Vi väntade inte länge och maten var utmärkt. Jag rekommenderar verkligen!

Vi försökte komma in på Wo Hop 17 men linjen var för lång. Vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn och delade två av de stora sopporna, kinesisk broccoli, stekt klimpar och vanligt ris för under $ 40. Varmt te var gratis. Tjänsten var långsam - men lyhörd. Trevligt ställe för en solid måltid.

Min vän, en köttätare, och jag, en vegan, var på väg till det vegetariska Dim Sum House som Yelp uppgav att det var öppet till 23.00. Vi anlände klockan 22:30 bara för att få veta att restaurangen var stängd. Så vi bestämde oss för att äta i den närliggande Noodle Village. Jag hade stekt vegetabiliska dumplings och scallion pannkakor som inte var minnesvärd. Min vän hade soppa för räkor som han inte gillade. Jag ska aldrig nedlåtande Noodle Village igen. Du bör inte heller göra det. Du har blivit varnad!

Det tog över 40 minuter för stekt ris och vår enkla klimpopp tog 50 minuter. När vi sa något så dök det allt magiskt upp. Jag ogillar när människor bara inte bryr sig om service. Vi ledsen. Att inte ljuga det stekt riset var läckert. Vi åt det snabbt och sprang för att fånga vårt flyg. Ge bara tvåstjärnor för om mycket långsam och ingen uppmärksam service. Stekt ris 4 stjärnor. Har aldrig provat soppan som vi skickade tillbaka. Ren plats med rena badrum.

Omslaget på fläskdumplingsen var tunn och perfekt kokta - nästan al dente! Buljongen hade en touch av ingefära som tillagt en vridning! Vi hade också fläsk chow kul som var utsökt! Mycket njutbart!

Varför någon inte nämnde att i rubriken är oacceptabelt. Mat mycket bra och fräsch. Tjänsten som förväntat och det var ok. Den saftiga dumpling mycket tunn men säkert saftig och välsmakande. Hade skaldjur Raman extra kryddig och det var också mycket gott.

Den soppa dumplings jag hade här var den mest juiciest någonsin. Gröt var också bra. Också prova stekt bröd, går bra med gröt

Om du letar efter en prisvärd måltid i Chinatown och som fläsksoppa dumplings är Noodle Village ett bra alternativ. Snabbt och billigt.

Det är svårt att välja restauranger i Chinatown om du inte vet. Det finns så många, med olika kök, och titta. Vissa ser bra ut och vissa gör det inte. Har varit här många gånger, maten är stor och välsmakande och konsekvent. Det är ganska en utökad meny, så lycka till att välja rätter! Vi gick för curry beef, en nudelrätt och Shanghai dumplings. Tjänsten snabb och enkel (tänk dig inte förutom en topp service i Chinatown, när du väl vet det kommer du att bli bra). Platsen är ren. Det är bara kontanter.

Snubblat på denna fantastiska plats i Chinatown. Ägare mycket trevlig och tjänsten var snabb och vänlig. Rekommendera soppa dumplings, ramens och särskilt het potten. Stora soppor är stora! Gå dit innan turisterna upptäcker det!

Vi hittade denna plats på Yelp som hade bra recensioner. Jag var mycket besviken över maten, stekta nudlar med grönsaker. Det var väldigt lite variation på grönsakerna, det smakade inte så bra och plattan var bara okej i storlek! Jag beställde också vegetabiliska speingrolls som var bara ok. . . . de var dock väldigt varma!
Min pojkvän hade två sorter av dumplings och sa att de var bra och nudelsoppa var ok.
Vatten var GÄLLER, som att dricka poolen hemma!

Tjänsten var dålig och vi kände att vi var i en stor rush när vi var färdiga och fick kontrollen utan att ens fråga om det. Jag hade knappt svalnat den sista maten och var tvungen att slutföra min dyra cola!

 2 stjärnor som min pojkvän var okej nöjd men borde vara mindre än en enligt min åsikt!

Beslutade att besöka denna restaurang till lunch som det verkade upptagen och nedlåtande av kinesiska.
Beställde fiskboll nudlar soppa och claypot kyckling ris. Fishball nudlarna var ganska liten servering och det fanns bara 4 "fishball. Snarare små tjäna till priset
Claypot-kycklingriset var acceptabelt utan någon wow-faktor. Det finns bättre restauranger i Chinatown
