We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Four Seasons Minneapolis in October. I was in town for a conference during my mother's birthday and decided to bring my parents along— it was a first visit to Minnesota for us all. Despite arriving past midnight due to a flight delay, we were warmly welcomed upon check-in—a fantastic first impression. Originally, I had planned to drop my parents off and head to the conference hotel, but upon discovering that the hotel had already set up the sofa bed in their suite, I decided to stay the night. That one night quickly turned into four, as I found myself preferring the exceptional service and comfort of the Four Seasons over my original accommodations (although that hotel was perfectly adequate).

Every staff member we encountered was both friendly and highly competent. We enjoyed the fitness center, spa, Mississippi River views, and breakfast at Mara. The courtesy car service was an added convenience, taking us to museums and dropping us off for the Stevie Wonder concert.

A standout moment was when my mother, who prefers fresh-squeezed orange juice, mentioned this to the staff. Although the hotel didn’t have any at the time, an employee went the extra mile by running over to Whole Foods across the street to get some—an example of the outstanding service. While we did encounter a few room service issues, they were handled promptly and professionally. The overall experience was so enjoyable that my sister has now chosen to celebrate her birthday at the Four Seasons Minneapolis as well, and we’re excited to return in March.

This is a very good 5-star hotel, with good location in downtown Minneapolis. The indoor swimming pool is fantastic for lap swimming. The gym is quite good too, with fairly good equipment, along with steam room and sauna. Overall, I was very happy with my stay here. Obviously, it is not like going to some 5-star resort on a Caribbean island (costing >$1000 per night), but for a 5-star hotel in Minneapolis, I think it would be hard to beat this, for this price especially. I will be going back.

We love staying at the Four Seasons. Especially enjoy their wonderful breakfasts. I ordered the Mara Omelet this morning. The omelet was perfectly cooked but served on a “cold” plate. My suggestions is to warm egg plates before serving.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Everything was first class. Dinner, breakfast, happy hour, pool, spa, etc. The staff was very accommodating of each of our requests and we will definitely be coming back.

My wife spent the morning at the spa and said it was better than anything else in the Twin City area. Well worth the money!

Excellent, central location.
We checked in too early and the room was not ready but they offered us a lift with their courtesy car to one of the local museums and we were noticed when the room was ready. The service was excellent throughout our stay.
Amazing views over the city from our Skyline View room at level 29.
The bed was excellent, the room was spacious and very well decorated, as were all the public areas.
