Done with corporate food joints & their cradle to grave minimum wage program for their overworked employees who can't properly fill the orders. Deleted the McDonalds app & done with them. Going to buy my food from a cook rather than a shareholder.

If I can give this restaurant less than what I'm giving it, then I would the district manager promised me a refund and he would send it to me in the mail. I didn't get crap then he said he was resend. An still not crap so basically what it comes down to it is I paid over $17 to get food poisoning And for the district manager to feed me BS and the sad thing about it is I used to work for the company pathetic pathetic is the only way to describe the way that McDonald's treated me when I got food poisoning

I want to start this off by saying I understand how awful working in customer service is, but it is ridiculous that I pay these overinflated prices and still can not receive my entire order if your looking for a fast and COMPLETE order Wendy's is 100% the better choice and way cheaper for more food.

Nice McDonalds close to the highway. Food accuracy is always pretty good. Seems to be clean. We always place orders through the app and have it brought to the car. They do seem to be fast at getting food prepared and out to the car. Probably the closest fast food to the highway if driving through Helena and need a quick stop.

We've always had accurate hot tasty food delivered right to our vehicle using the App. Today I went through the drive up and as I pulled away I noticed that I was missing a hash brown. I pulled into a spot and took my bag and receipt in to the store. I was greeted happily and when I explained what happened I was issued an apology. The manager (not sure) walked over to get my hash brown and as he was walking he said "please watch the hash browns at the drive up". I was then handed my hash brown and given a smile and a thank you. I would definitely recommend them!

The pictures says it all! This sandwich was inedible. Please, take some pride in your work. I know you're above working at McDonald's, but you're not when you do stuff like this. Prove you're better by being better than this. The drive thru service was fine, but inside the staff was all teenagers, two of which came off as quite bothered that I'd ask them for a condiment. I told my wife to remind me never to eat at McDonald's again. The food and experience just isn't worth it anymore.

At this McDonalds on a Saturday earlier this month, there was a young male employee that used the term "Prairie Nigger" and said other names, to call over a female employee who was obviously not okay being called them. First off, this is not okay. Second, something should be done and the fact that another employee was standing by laughing, is absurd and completely demeaning. I really hope something is done to help all the employees here know, racist remarks as this, is completely wrong because it's obvious they don't already. . .

I will NEVER be back here!! I sat for 15 minutes waiting on my food (#1 and Apple pie) after going through the drive through. There were 6 cars that got served before me. I finally go in and I get shrug and here's an extra Apple pie. Screw you!! Had I wanted to get out of my car to go get my food, I wouldn't have gone through the drive through. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

This has to be the worst McDonald's ever, ordered our food and told to wait in parking spot #1, but when she came out gave to someone else. The people there have no concept of customer service. Used to love going to McDonald's, but no longer loving it anymore.
