Worst hotel in Helena. Strong bad smell. Dirty sheets. Dir to the room did not lock. Avoid at all costs. Owners do not speak English. Wyndham customer service could do nothing as the property is "franchised" through Super8. How are there no inspectors?

This place is filthy. The front staff guy was very sweet and it too good to be working there. The room was disgusting, vacuum has never been used in the room or hallways. Looked like someone slept in the bed and a half filled water cup next to the bed. Dirty towel in the bathroom, dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Drug activity in the parking lot. This place needs to be condemned it's that bad.

the room was absolutely disgusting. there were crumbs all over the floors all throughout the hotel. dust everywhere and there was a bodily fluid stain on our headboard. overall a horrible visit.

This was totally on me. I didn't check the reviews for this motel and boy were the reviews right! I've stay in many chain motels before in the past and they're fine. Our home here had stains on the wall (I prayed they were coffee), the top cover of the bed had numerous stains (threw that off REAL quick) and there was someone else's hair collected in the shower. Even the toiletries were all partially used and not changed out. Bed was comfy though.

This was by far the very most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in...the only thing missing was roaches...they're there I just didn't see em because they were courteous enough to wait til I was sleeping. The fabric chair was so sticky if you put your arms down they stuck to the chair like jelly. The shower was utterly foul! This room was just disgusting...no other way to explain it. And, there's no elevator.

This place was awful. My toilet had the lid up with urine all over upon my arrival! It had obviously not been cleaned. My toilet kept breaking and I couldn't flush it. I did open the toilet tank to try and fix it and found black grossness. Little to no hot/warm water. I had to keep going up to get my key reprogrammed. And so much more. Nope. Nope. Nope. Never again.

Worst hotel of all time. I slept in my clothes because the bed was so disgusting. Shower wouldn't drain. Mold in the bathroom. Worst of all, the entire room smelled of dog urine so bad it gave me a headache. I will NEVER stay at any Super 8 again!!

We have stayed at Super 8 Motels in many cities, and they have been nice hotels for a good rate. This Motel in Helena, Montana is a dump in every sense of the word ripped carpets broken trim on the doors. The lights didn't work in the in the room, no way to plug them in. Can't plug in your phones, but they made up for all that, but having the place completely filthy and dirty, it was disgusting. The staff was quite rude and not very accommodating for anything. I would never recommend my dog to stay at this hotel. it was quite sad and it's obvious that the owner of this hotel does not care about the quality of this hotel. When we left the hotel there was an insulin needle on the floor in the hallway possibly could've been used for insulin, but I would guess it was more likely that it was used for something else. It was laying in the hallway as we walked out. I did not touch it. we left it there. Very sad place I would not go there again.

Disgusting is the first word that comes to mind. I didnt except much but this is horrible. I brought lysol and used a towel to wipe things down and boy was it gross. Here is the towel clean on top and dirty from the room on bottom.
