This was one of those times where I thought the restaurant prioritized style over food taste. Overall, the food was pretty good. We got the Banchan Sampler, the BBQ Platter, a taco entree, and a carbonara entree. The meat was great, though the chicken really overshadowed the ribs and spicy pork in terms of flavor. The tacos were great and might have been my favorite part of the whole ensemble. The carbonara dish was a bit disappointing, and the flavor was a bit lacking. The Banchan Sampler was composed of six things - melons drizzled in sauce, broccoli, bean sprouts, pickles drizzled in sauce, and two kimchi bowls. Overall, I think the place was pretty good, but this is probably the first restaurant I've visited in Vegas that I didn't finish my food.

Yesterday was my first experience at Best Friend and this restaurant has now become my best friend! The food was fresh and packed with flavor lacking nothing! I ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice that was some of the best fried rice I’ve had , and it also had a slight spice to it adding on to the flavor. The dessert was very flavorful and consisted of many different inviting flavors on one plate. The customer service was great as well. Our waitress checked in throughout our dinner and ensured we had everything we needed and more.

We ate in the bar area. Both bartenders functioned as our waiters, and both were great. Really friendly, and it was low pressure. (i hate when waiters or 'tenders keep pushing drinks on the customer; not an issue here)

The spicy pork was excellent. Yum, still thinking about it a few days later.
The ribs were....fine?  Really, really meaty and plenty of food, there was just nothing too unique about them to me.
The tacos were really good as well. Nice tender meat with a great flavor.

I found it odd that we just got platters of meat. I expected it to come w/ rice or some of the normal korean bbq accoutrement, but i guess you have to order those separately.  Not a big deal, just surprising.

I would definitely go here again.

Best Friend by Roy Choi is such a fun spot! The Buttermilk Fried Chicken was hands down the star--crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. If you're into fried chicken, you have to try it!
We also ordered the Kimchi Carbonara. This dish was a bit salty, and the noodles were weird and very undercooked.
I need to come back and try other dishes.

Was so excited to go here after watching the Chef Show. The decorations and set up was wonderful. The kimchi fried rice was delicious, perfectly seasoned. Probably the best Kimchi fried rice I’ve ever had. But the slippery shrimp and garlic chicken were not as banging in flavour. The meat was cooked to perfection but they did not wow me completely.

For drinks we had the semi sweet cider and the old friend. Both drinks were great.

The gave us complimentary bread for the table to start off with. It was warm, soft and had a wonderful buttery sea salt flavour.

Problemet med Vegas är att det är lätt att gå överbord - även med en måltid. Vi hade bokat Best Fried för middag. Tidigare på dagen gick vi till Wynn Buffet för lunch. Jag var nästan frestad att avbryta vår bokning för Best Friend eftersom vi fortfarande var mätta från lunch. Jag är glad att jag inte gjorde det. Vi beställde kryddig fläsk, lumpia, och kogi kort revbens tacos. Det kryddiga fläsket var så gott. Påminde mig om några rätter jag åt i Korea. Tacosen var också riktigt god - även om jag tycker att köttet kunde ha varit mörare. 

Stämningen var jätterolig - känns som en fest. Om du är känslig för hög musik, kanske denna plats inte är för dig. Jag fick också en kick av de superstora röda solokopparna för läsk och andra drycker. Själva restaurangen ligger på baksidan. Det är inte bara den främre livsmedelsbutik område. 

Definitivt en måltid att komma ihåg!

Denna plats är en TRIP. Min fru trodde verkligen att det var en livsmedelsbutik / spritbutik. Så verkligt är det! Det är lustigt, det finns barstolar mitt i en falsk livsmedelsbutik. På baksidan är det en restaurang. Och maten är FANTASTISK. Koreanska grillen. Allt var så gott. Räkor, revben - öga, söta rullar, jag älskade stället. Om du är sugen på asiatisk mat och vill ha en rolig upplevelse, är detta platsen i den underbara Park MGM.

Vår servitör Korey vandrade planlöst genom restaurangen, tittade aldrig till oss eller fyllde på drinkar. Han var så dålig att även om vi gillar att komma hit, tvivlar jag på att vi kommer tillbaka. Törstig i öknen är inget sätt att vara.

Mycket möjligt den bästa måltiden vi någonsin ätit. Maten är otrolig, musiken fantastisk, vibbarna fantastiska och Servicen förstklassig. Skulle bokstavligen flyga tillbaka bara för denna plats. Boka det, njut av det, du kommer inte ångra det

Rolig atmosfär och vänlig Service. De Koreanska fusionsrätterna var smakrika, men portionerna är små. Fortfarande en solid plats om du vill ha god mat med en cool vibe på the Strip.

Jag gillade 90-tals hiphop västkust vibe av restaurangen (åtminstone det är så jag tolkade det) och det var en full på dj pumpande låtar under middagen. Kryddigt fläsk hade en ganska kick och var fantastiskt. Mycket trevlig personal. Servicen var bra. Bokningen satt i tid. Skulle definitivt återvända.

Vilken rolig restaurang. Musiken var bra, och inredningen hade dessa stora vibbar. Restaurangen hade denna stora food truck känsla, och maten var en utsökt blandning av Koreanska Fusion. Ser fram emot att besöka igen.

3 personer från ett bord på 8 gick till MGM förutsatt att de var nära vilket de inte är. De skulle inte sitta förrän hela bordet tills alla var där (det var en 15 minuters promenad) . När alla var där och de så småningom satt oss de hade bara 3 alternativ för vår nötallergi som kom med 2 månaders varning (det bästa alternativet var torra grönsaker)

Inte imponerad trots alla bra recensioner. Beställde vingar och fick en friterad hög av äcklighet som fortfarande var lite rosa. Väntade mig traditionella koreanska typvingar . Jag vet inte vad det var.

Du glömmer omedelbart att du är på ett stort Las Vegas hotell när du går in. 

Maten är kreativ och utsökt. 

Mariated Gurkor var ett bra mellanmål.

Verkligen haft atmosfären i denna restaurang. Mycket coolt och du skulle inte veta att du var i tarmarna på ett kasino. Servicen var stor, vänlig och professionell med massor av råd om hur mycket att beställa utan merförsäljning. Av maten med beställt desto mer koreansk stil maten var definitivt bättre. Det kryddiga fläsket i synnerhet var fantastiskt och är ett måste beställning. Det enda negativa är att dryckerna är för dyra för vad du får.

Detta är en ganska trendig plats för en familj från Ohio. Tre av oss. DJ spelar musik och en komplett restaurang. Menyn kan vara skrämmande men kan verkligen inte gå fel. Vi beställde tre huvudrätter och ett sidoprov. Så mycket mat. För mycket mat. Men det är ett bra problem. Det är familjestil så alla har en chans att prova allt. Servicen var lite bristfällig men inte tillräckligt för att få ner det till fyra stjärnor.

Verkligen haft vår måltid på Best Friend. Vi valde de hala räkorna, kryddigt fläsk och en sida zucchini mellan två vilket var mer än tillräckligt (vi kommer att ha resten av fläsket till lunch idag). Maten var utsökt och rimligt prissatt med tanke på några av de priser som tas ut i Vegas. Restaurangen har designats så att det finns massor att titta på och du var ett bra DJ-set som bidrog till den avslappnade men roliga atmosfären. Mitt enda klagomål var personalen. Damen vid incheckningsdisken var inget annat än sur och även om vi hade sagt till dem i förväg att det var vår årsdag de satte oss på bordet i bakre hörnet bredvid toaletterna vilket innebar att en av oss bara hade utsikt över toaletterna vilket innebar dörr hela natten. Med tanke på att det bara fanns 2 toaletter för hela restaurangen innebar detta att vi hade en konstant kö av åskådare som stod precis vid vår sida under hela vår måltid - vilket blev ganska roligt efter ett tag eftersom du inte går till en restaurang som denna om du vill ha en romantisk tete a tete i alla fall. Vår servitör var också ovänlig. Jag sa till honom att vi verkligen njöt av vår mat och han sa “Jag vet inte om du förväntar dig ett svar på det men jag vet att det är din årsdag” - helt enkelt mycket märkligt. Så det är en 5-stjärnig recension för maten och vibben och en 3 för folket. En bra kväll - skulle definitivt rekommendera.

Inte en falsk ton eller smak i hela upplevelsen! Varje kurs var fantastisk. Även drinkarna var på punkt och verkade vara tillverkade med en kock touch. Vår server och all personal var fantastisk. Inte vår första gång och det kommer definitivt inte att bli vår sista.

Njöt av vår mat väldigt mycket. Det som kommer att föra oss tillbaka var Orange slushie och medjool datum tårta. Bästa desserten jag ätit på länge. Blöt kaka med kolaglass.
