I ordered the rabbit daiquiri, salmon, and a donut for dessert, and every dish exceeded my expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality of the food was evident in each bite. The rabbit daiquiri was a standout—a unique and delicious cocktail that I highly recommend. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the donut provided a sweet and satisfying conclusion to the meal.

However, I would advise making a reservation before dining here, as it can get quite busy. During our visit, we experienced a delay in being seated, waiting about 40 minutes despite having a reservation. Unfortunately, the hostesses were not initially accommodating, which added some frustration to the evening. That said, once we spoke with a manager, the issue was resolved promptly, and we were seated without further delay.

Despite this hiccup, the overall experience was positive, and the food and drinks were well worth the wait. With improved customer service at the front of the house, this spot has the potential to become a top-tier dining destination. I would still recommend it for the delicious food, but be sure to plan ahead for a smooth experience.

Our server, Gabby, was attentive and friendly, adding to the pleasant experience. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I look forward to returning again soon!

The food was delicious. Cooked to near perfection. The atmosphere was relaxing and very enjoyable. The menu was simple and not overwhelming. The service was not the greatest for my visit. The waiter seemed to be too busy for my table but more attentive to others. We were made to feel we didnt belong. I cant blame the restaurant for the poor actions of the server... but do better.

My recent experience at Herbs and Rye was everything I expected and more. We had a reservation as soon as the restaurant opened, but it still took close to 20 minutes to get a seat. The restaurant was mostly empty, but I figured this was done to pace out diners as to not overwhelm the staff all at once. All of the steaks on the menu were on a permanent happy hour price (half off), which I guess begs the question for why not just reprice them?  😆  Regardless, a filet mignon in the $30 price range can’t be beat. I ordered it with the bacon, and it did not disappoint. While it did come out severely undercooked (it was rare instead of medium), they quickly rectified that. The server even brought over a flashlight to confirm it was good. The potatoes, mac & cheese, and asparagus were fantastic as well. I loves the old fashioneds!  I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Las Vegas!
