We had a wonderful stay at this hotel over the holidays. Check-in was quick and efficient, which was much appreciated after a long travel day. Although we encountered a minor issue with our final bill, it was resolved promptly. We absolutely loved the location, being in the heart of Caesars Palace while enjoying the tranquility of a smaller, more intimate hotel was amazing. Our room was spacious, and we felt very safe.

We loved this hotel within a hotel but with that being said, it’s pretty tough to find! We got lost on our way back through Caesars and we hadn’t even been drinking! But all in all, our room was clean, upscale and had a view of Paris! We enjoyed the complimentary drinks, slippers, robes and water. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to change rooms once we realized we were next to a suite full of noisy guests. I would stay here again but I might need a map this time!

Horrible experience. My partner and I booked 3 nights. Since we had a late flight back (10pm) we decided to discuss our options for either a late check out or an extra night. We went down to the lobby & spoke with a gentleman who informed us it would be around $110 for a late check out but it would be till 4pm so it makes more sense to extend for around $140. Of course it made sense to pay the extra $30-$40 for an additional night versus a late check out. He told us he put the charge on the room & we parted ways. Now the day of our flight comes & house keeping comes in under the impression no one is in the room. My partner went down to the lobby to speak to someone and come to find out, there is nothing in the system that reflects us extending for an additional night. Now they want us to pay $1274 for the extra night but they’ll be “Courteous” and help us out with $300 total instead. Also according to them, there is apparently no camera footage of us either. HOW CONVENIENT. It’s really a shame because the hotel is nice but this experience is bizarre. How do you have someone working for you, representing the hotel, telling customers false information without even putting a note in the system. Pure incompetency.

The hotel had some good qualities:
- It was clean
- Central location
- Robes in the bathroom were nice.
- the bathroom had a nice vanity. The shower on the first room had awful pressure and didn't fully turn on. The second room (after they corrected my reservation) had better shower functionality.
- great pillows and bedding.
-we stayed on floor 77, and there was a sinister noise coming from a utility closet next to our room that was faintly heard through the bathroom wall. It was pretty annoying.
-decent complimentary coffee.

Unsavory qualities:
- My reservation, which was made on the Caesars website, was for three people and 2 queen beds. When I arrived, late at night, they only had a room with a king bed. We had to get a rollaway bed. They told us that we would receive a call when the correct room was available the next day, but they never called. We had to check in multiple times with them. I got the feeling that we were considered an imposition. We felt a bit unwelcome overall.
- I question whether or not this hotel is worth the price.
- room was stuffy without much airflow, even when we tried to adjust the thermostat.
- the wifi sucked during the evening, which leads me to speculate that this was on purpose... Same issue with the TV, however, the guide function didn't work after the first night, so we had to flip through channels very slowly. Very unfortunate, as we were hoping to watch some on demand movies since we didn't get a chance to at home. We called to get help, and they said they could send someone up, but they were very unenthusiastic about it. It was late, so we declined, but they never followed up.
- the website indicates that the Caesars pools are heated and available. This is very false and the pools are shut down during the winter. Not even a hot tub. The spa was nice, but expensive. They wouldn't let my sister read on her kindle because people thought she was recording them, which is absurd. They should have a better system for use of reading tablets.

We truly felt unwelcome and overlooked on multiple occasions during our stay. It was disappointing overall, but not awful. I don't think I will be staying at Nobu again if I have the choice.

We stayed 2 nights for New Year’s Eve. A disappointing experience overall, especially when they claim to be a 5 star hotel. Firstly the concierge recommended we park at the Colosseum Valet, but there was no bell service available at this valet. We had to walk all the way through the casino to the Nobu tower dragging our stuff with us.

Secondly at check-in, we were given the keys to an occupied room, so that was pretty awkward for us and the guest who was staying in that room. When we complained, we were given a $150 resort credit, but once we got the manager involved, they upped it to $300. Overall at a hotel of this caliber and price point, things like that shouldn’t happen and there should be bell service when checking in.

The room was very nice and clean. The room had a fridge and there was a $75 charge to use the fridge for personal use. There was no wine opener in the room, so when we called down to get one, we were told that it would only be supplied with a purchase from the mini bar. Overall, it feels like this hotel just nickel and dimes guests at every opportunity.

The gym was small, with a minimal amount of equipment. They had 2 pelotons and one was broken. 3 treadmills, one broken. Towels are supplied, but surprisingly there was no water and no cooling towels. These are usually a standard in most hotel gyms.

They also had a free drink happy hour between 5 and 6pm in the lobby. The tower is nice and quiet, it is centrally located in the casino, but I wasn’t impressed by the level of service in any form. I don’t think I would stay here again as there are much better options on the Las Vegas Strip.
