Reviewing this location only, as they are all privately owned franchises, is owned or ran by a really horrible man. You wonder why he can't keep employees and people keep quitting. I witnessed the owner yelling at his employees and talking down to them, how unprofessional. You need to give respect to get respect. The two employees, a young male and female were doing their jobs and waited on me, gave me what I wanted and the food was fine. I was thrown off by his rudeness toward his staff. Never again.

We don't plan on going here anymore. Have ordered many party trays and while the food's good, we've now been charged two times for two separate orders! Luckily, they will provide a refund without much issue, but it shouldn't happen, especially not more than once! I'm glad I've kept an eye on my bank statements when I have to notice that they are double charging me. And when I mentioned that it was the second time it's happened, they just say it wasn't their fault specifically and that new people just don't listen. Their system needs improvement and their staff needs better training apparently.

Food is good. No doubt about it. However, service is horrible. People working there are not pleasant and don't want to wait on you. You are bothering them! Placed an online order, waited 30 minutes before going to pick the order up because it does take along time to make breakfast sandwiches! Arrived to pick it up and seemed they did not know anything about the order other than "it is still in the oven", when I'm fact the order was mis-read and not all the sandwiches were made. Nothing was said to me, no apologies, no nothing. Waited another 30 minutes to get the entire order. I was handed my sandwiches and told "have a nice day". If this is a franchise, they may want to consider another line of work that does not involve dealing with the public!!

great company. Have you seen the undercover boss episode? I mean I'm not going to say it's WHY we go to this location, cause let's be real, we're going regardless, but we always make sure to hit up a Philly Pretzel Factory b/c the CEO was SO good to his employees, def wanna support that! Customer service here is always good. The register area is set up a lil wonky, but whateves. I'm okay with that!

Tonight a friend and I pulled into the parking lot at 7:03 pm. As we were walking up the door a male employee ran over to the door and locked it quickly. The two female employees standing behind the counter and turned around as if they didn't see us walk up to the door. Each employee show signs of ignorance to us as they were cleaning up. Needless to say that we were paying customers and there were pretzels sitting on the counter that were going to be thrown away. It could have been nice for them to just simply say "I'm sorry we're closed" instead of locking us out of the store and acting as if we didn't exist. This location actually just relocated stores and is a bit down the Black Horse Pike. My friends and I live in the area and were really excited to check out the new store. However, after the rude and unreal treatment tonight I was this upset I am writing how awful we were treated on Yelp.

These pretzels are just incredible. Doughy and delicious, with just the right amount of salt. My hips are not enjoying them, but glad to have discovered a quick, and super cheap snack.
