October 14, 2024 went to get my brakes checked. Light was coming on when I braked. They said I needed new brake lines $550. I was going to do it at first but decided to get a second opinion. They tried charging me $180.00 for the 10 minute check. So I went elsewhere to get that second opinion and all I needed was a little brake fluid. Shame on you AAA! Hope this isn't an everyday practice for you!

I would like to compliment the entire staff at AAA, Marlton NJ. I have taken my car there several times for various auto needs, & have been satisfied each time. Most recently, my car was serviced by Domenic. The car was taken in right on time, & Domenic took the time to thoroughly check the engine & diagnose a potentially complicated & expensive problem. He took the time to devise a solution that probably saved me a lot of money. Then, he came out & spoke with me, thoroughly explaining the problem & what he did to correct it. He answered all my questions patiently & pleasantly :-) Paige, the receptionist, was also very friendly. A few days later, I contacted this facility to reserve a rental car for a trip. Christine assisted me, & was very helpful & nice. I can definitely recommend the AAA center in Marlton, NJ - fine service, fair prices, & great staff!

I brought both my Infiniti and Toyota to AAA marlton for oil change and inspections due to I haven't drive them for over 1 year.... Carlon who help me checking on my car did a great job with good customer service. Will come back next time

The new Marlton NJ AAA Car Service is a great place to take your vehicle for quick service! They take the time to inspect your car the first time you take in and will explain to you any problems you may have without trying to up sell anything you do not need! They have a great warranty & stand behind their work! Great prices & discount to AAA members! All service guys there including the service manger (Rich or Rick) will go above and beyond to help make your car right! They seem to hire only experienced people not just guys who have worked on cars in their garage. Great location! Plenty of places opening up to eat/drink while you wait for your car STOP GOING to your local wash & lube places for oil changes or the 3 boys place!!!

I visited this new Marlton, NJ AAA Car Care center this week. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of all of the staff. I was greeted immediately by Tom Scheuren who listened to my concerns about my husband's car and advised me what would be done and, once they inspect the vehicle, they will give me a solid price for what was needed. I also dealt with Eric Crumbock whom I had already spoken with on the phone when I called to inquire as to what services AAA Car Care offered and what the hours were for the store. Both Eric an Tom kept me apprised of the status of my car and Eric then told me that, even though I assumed I needed new brakes per another mechanic at Toyota, that was not the case. He said their car service personnel said all that needed to be done was a rotating of the tires and some calibrating. I saved well over $500 because of the efficiency of the entire staff at AAA Marlton. While I waited I spoke with Caroline Harrison, Senior Travel Agent, regarding a trip my family would like to take next year and she has already emailed me with a wonderful itinerary with complete pricing. How efficient! I ended my visit with Brenda Fitzgerald, Sales Associate & Cashier, who took care of my payment for the day and told me about the AAA Credit Card and its advantages. I even was approached by a salesperson to get a free insurance estimate and would have received a discount for services for the day. I declined this offer since a family friend is our insurance agent, but I appreciated the offer. This is a new AAA Car Care and AAA Center for everything you need from servicing your car, to travel agents for international and domestic (car included) travel, insurance, and discounts for movies and amusement parks. Give them a try, they are EXCELLENT and everyone there is truly eager to help make your trip into see them worthwhile.

I have taken my vehicle here for brakes, oil changes, tire rotations and, most recently, new tires and wheels. Nobody likes to sit around and wait for their vehicle to get fixed or to have regular maintenance. However, when it's in a clean and pleasant environment with the ability to plug your laptop in and work on their Wi-Fi, it's not so bad. Chuck was a great help too! Thank you!

I was disappointed recently when I was here and they charged me a $59 diagnostic fee. I understand if I go in and they can't find anything wrong and I get no work done that they charge a fee. But I had $1,200 of work done, and for one other item they couldn't replicate the issue. When you spend $1,200, a $59 diagnostic fee just seems cheap and is a turnoff. Which is a shame because I like the place overall. It's clean and they are friendly, and it is convenient to my work. But so are a few other places nearby which I may opt for next time based on that fee.

Wonderful customer service! I went to store to purchase tickets to the Please Touch Museum ( savings of $4.50/ea ) I was greeted with a knowledgeable and happy person! I left with my discounted tickets and a printed list of all the discounts they offer ( year round & seasonal ) The young lady that helped me had great suggestions of Fun Family destinations that AAA offers very nice discounts and when you are a family of 9 that is HUGE !!
