My chocolate ganache latte was excellent. The cashier seemed annoyed with her coworkers and her demeanor towards me was short and unfriendly. The young lady, who actually put my drink together, was very bubbly and the third co-worker was just a little too unprofessional for a coffee bar. She must’ve discovered something disgusting and did not realize I spoke Spanish because she was describing graphically what she had discovered.

Although this latte was very delicious, it was very overpriced for 12 ounces.

The barista seemed unhappy to be making my drink this morning. She called my name before the drink was ready, then placed it on the counter without a word. When I asked if it was ready, she responded with a condescending attitude.

This is actually zero stars. The woman at the billing counter is such a rude person. I have also not seen such a stupid outlet having different sizes but not for the coffee type- like small for cappuccino, medium for latte and large for other crap. She asked me what you need and I said cappuccino, she started showing sizes and then I said medium so she started billing for latte then I had to stop and ask for cappuccino so she was like I told you already small is cappuccino. Then for such takeaway orders expecting tip and for not paying, saying “wait over there” in a rude tone. I am not sure from where you guys hire these people who do not have basic civic sense and not even receptive to customers. You are not doing a favor by serving coffee, we are paying money, so better behave and be polite. This is probably where your rating is also 2.9 stars and less customers whereas other outlets are running well. Shame on you! Business owners should fire such people and build more reputation! Some people are in hurry so when they see less customers they opt you, then realize why the queue was small. Crap!

Their coffee is overpriced, and tastes average. I order the shakerato and was told by the barista that it would be a sweet drink, and it really was. If you’re getting it, order it half as sweet. What really frustrated me though is that a 12 oz iced latte with no substitutions cost $9. Maybe their beans are better (I can’t tell), but for those who are just looking for a regular coffee fix, you are better off searching for a more affordable place. They will serve you coffee that is just as good.
