Had their famous burger. It was indeed good, but just not as much as I've heard of it. It may be depending on the preference of the burger. This one had generally soft texture all through with good beef flavour. But it did not have the greasiness/juiciness I prefer in a burger. (Or it could just be that our batch of burgers were not as good? Did not experience the rich flavours the others are describing in the reviews..)

We did not have reservations, so we showed up right at 11am on a Sunday and we were seated right away. The restaurant itself is really cute and you walk by a kitchen/prep area if you go to the restroom downstairs.

Two of us shared the Emmy burger and the MVP pizza and had to take a couple slices to go. The burger absolutely lived up to its reputation and the pizza was fantastic, too. I also appreciated that they had local iced tea!

Emily really loves pizza. Not only is their regular pizza incredibly tasty and cheesy, but their gluten-free pizza also shines—you can barely taste the difference. The Luca pizza with burrata is a highlight.

But Emily doesn’t excel solely in pizza; their appetizers are also fantastic. The salads are great, and the spicy cauliflower is delicious too.

Keep in mind that the restaurant is quite small, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance!

It’s a great and one of the iconic spots in west village. Mostly crowded and reservations are recommended. Their specialty is Detroit style pizza.. I had the Lucca, Chicken wings and waffle fries. The burger also seems extremely popular. Overall 8/10.

The Emmy burger is listed as 1 of the best burgers in NYC and boy, were they right!  Every component of the burger adds depth and flavor making it worth the hype! Waffle fries were crisp. The Caesar salad was unique in presentation and delicious!

Trevlig Service personal, en signatur hamburgare (topp 10 i NYC) , inte lätt att hitta ett bord utan reservation. Vitlökspinnar var ok.

bror och jag delade en vanlig pizza, mycket grundläggande, lol. båda av oss är pizza freaks och kom överens om att detta var mycket bra. pizza var liten att dela men skulle ha varit bra för en person. Jag har ätit Detroit - stil pizza på Manhattan som jag gillade bättre - MEN jag gillade den här mycket. Mycket trevlig röding på kanterna och bra mängder sås och ost. Det var lite för salt för mig men brorsan tyckte inte det. Servicen var bra. med dricks det var ca $ 23 så om rätt pris för denna plats och kvalitet. bra fast val om du är i området.

Konstig erfarenhet... 
Först bad vi att flytta till ett annat bord som vi var på rätt under luftkonditioneringen och de agerade som om detta var en galen begäran och vi är mycket besvärlig. Fick oss att stå upp igen och vänta medan de diskuterade. Erbjuds baren - skulle inte låta oss använda ett tydligt fritt bord. Alla udda. Maten var ganska bra men hamburgare kom 15 minuter innan pizzan. . . . det är inte en normal upplevelse för människors mat att komma vid olika tidpunkter - i Storbritannien i alla fall? ! På frågan efter pizzan (jag väntade på den innan jag åt hamburgare? ! ) bad de inte om ursäkt de sa bara hamburgare kommer ut när de är redo? ! Men hade inte berättat det här innan. 

Allt som allt en udda upplevelse.

Jag åkte dit för hamburgaren och vilken hamburgare. Min flickvän valde pizza och hon blev inte besviken. 

Allt som allt maten var bra!

Ett måste om man besöker NYC och kommer från Sverige. 2025 är deras burgare utsedd till näst bäst i världen av Burgerdudes. Den var väldigt god, smakerna satt som handen i handsken. Pizzan gick inte heller av för hackor. Boka bord här, dels för maten men också för att det är ett mysigt ställe i ett mysigt område.

Emily i New York lever verkligen upp till hypen. Deras pizza är hands - ner några av de bästa i stan - krispig, smakrik och gjord på högkvalitativa ingredienser. Platsen har en mysig, välkomnande atmosfär, perfekt för en avslappnad måltid eller en utekväll med vänner. Definitivt värt ett besök.

Om du vill in och ut detta är din gå till plats! Men om du letar efter sköna restauranger... detta är inte din plats. Maten var fantastisk! Service saknas. Cocktails, en flaska vin, fyra appar, förrätter och check betald vridning 60 minuter... absurd!

Hade en fantastisk tid på Emily’s igår kväll och rekommenderar det starkt om du är i stan och älskar hamburgare! Min pojkvän och jag är mejeri - gratis, och de var super tillmötesgående, ta bort ost och smör från burgaren, men det var fortfarande otroligt! Lätt en av de bästa hamburgare jag har ätit i staden!

Litet och mysigt ställe, med bra originalcocktails men med sin egen twist, vilket gör dem bra. Vitlöksbröd är fantastiskt, och hamburgaren är verkligen värt att prova det: mycket välsmakande och smakrik (vissa kallar dem den bästa jn NY). Det här stället är värt att äta middag säkert.

Vi gick hit för en spontan lunch runt 13:00 på en onsdag. Vi åt hamburgare båda två. Burgaren är fantastisk, och super unik. Vi äter hamburgare ofta på olika ställen men den här stack verkligen ut med kringlor och Emmysås. Om vi skulle gå tillbaka skulle vi prova pizzan liksom det luktade underbart. 

Rekommenderar verkligen att åka hit!

En servitör som inte bryr sig. Mat som är medelmåttig. Detta är verkligen en plats för ungdomar i New York som inte vet bättre.

Believe the hype! Om du besöker New York och gillar hamburgare måste du besöka Emily. Du måste! Sonen och jag är eniga - det är den godaste burgaren vi har ätit. Godare än Funky Chicken? Ja, det skulle jag säga. Bättre än Gotland Smash? Ja, utan tvekan. Bättre än BAP? Japp!
Pretzelbrödet är magiskt, såsen pikant, köttet saftigt och otroligt smakrikt. Till det serveras en precis lagom stor portion våffelpommes, helt perfekta. Dessutom lite skönt stökig och stimmig stämning och mycket trevlig personal.

Riktigt god dubbel stack burgare. Är smakrik och förvånansvärt nog inte överdrivet mättande med tanke på hur den ser ut. Har även ett bra medium mellan att vara en rörig burgare men inte överdrivet så (har en bra mängd juicer och såser).

Vi båda åt självklart deras burgare som av flera experter flera gånger utnämnts till världens bästa burgare. Båda var vi eniga om att Burgaren var mycket god men vi har  ätit burgare på fler andra ställen som är godare. Köttpuckarna var inte så saftiga utan något torra och lite smaklösa. I övrigt var det bra och god friterad potatis.

Emily West village och kedjan Emmy squared gör den bästa glutenfria pizzan jag någonsin ätit! Tjock och fluffig detroit stil bas men glutenfri!
