The food was good but nothing impressive/special. We did the wine pairing which was a huge mistake, it didn't go with the food at all. Honestly we should have known the wine pairing wouldn't be good since the chef changes the menu each day based on what's fresh (hence it'd be difficult to get the most optimal pairing). The servers also didn't know anything about the wine.

Overall, the food is fine but not good enough/unique enough to justify the price.

Overall, the entire experience was more on the disappointing side. This is not our first time dining at a "locally sourced ingredients" establishment or a Michelin-starred place. We also tried not to leave any food uneaten, knowing that the products were locally sourced, but this does not reflect our thoughts on the dishes.

The meal started on a fun note with different types of cucumbers paired with a green dip that was quite delicious. However, from that point onward, the main course was disappointing, despite the theme of the lunch being French brasserie.

The salad and ratatouille were nice, but the mussel dish tasted bitter due to the sauce, and the steak and potato plate was quite dry and rubbery. I've had similar dishes many times before, so it wasn't an issue of trying them for the first time.

As for the dessert, it was a large donut with apricot filling. It was served without any utensil to cut it, which might have been fine. However, the donut itself seemed to have been sitting out for a while—the bread tasted oily, and the filling inside was unfortunately quite sour. Even my partner, who usually enjoys all types of desserts, did not enjoy this one.

Lastly, regarding the service, everyone was friendly, but given that it was a menu-less place, we would have appreciated some explanation about the dishes without having to ask about each one.

We are not sure if we'd like to return to this place, although we might give it another chance since the menu changes seasonally. However, it's a big maybe for now.
