We had a great experience in this restaurant. The main traditional dish was amazing, but we didn't like their lamb kebab. The dumpling with the meat was great. Also, we tried the Mojito drink, and it was absolutely refreshing. The honey cake as well was great. The staff very friendly and respectful. Decoration was nice.
My only problem was the bathroom light that was blue and very hard to see. I don't know if It's always like that or only when we visited.

Incredible food, service and atmosphere and i don’t say that often. Food was very different and incredible. Our server made a few suggestions that definitely added to the taste. Service was amazing. Honestly couldn’t possibly ask for anything more.

Delicious and unique food. Great flavors, price, quantity. I wish there was one closer to me in Westchester. The service was exceptional too. To speak to a native Uzbekistan raised server who gave us advise on what to choose and if it was enough food for two hungry guys. The lunch specials are well worth it. I also got meat pies but ate them too quickly to take a picture. The pumpkin and cheese puff pastry appetizer is great too. Anything steak related is also good because they fire everything fresh

Having been to their 9th Avenue location, we were excited to have Farida open in our neighborhood. Have now been here twice. The menu significantly expanded in our most recent visit. Favorite is the pumpkin dumpling and baked buns. Food is good and attentive service. However, wish they could make more vegan versions of the Uzbekistan dishes such as plov so vegans can enjoy too.

Food was good.
The level of service didn’t deserve my 20% tip. And I don’t want to come again.
1. No one came to our table to provide menus/water after we sat down for 10+ minutes. I tried making eye contacts, waving, and saying “excuse me” to multiple servers who walked past our table for at least 10 times because I really needed some water. Nobody responded or even noticed. Finally, one server came and told us they ran out of menus and asked us to check the menu online.
2. While we were waiting for the servers to notice our table, a “photographer “ came to offer taking some pictures of us. I thought it was weird and asked why. He clarified that we could buy the pictures if we liked any. I wasn’t feeling too good that night so I said no. But he presided and held up the camera to try taking pictures, saying “why not I take a few just you could see”. Like, NO MEANS NO! I have to say it in 3 different ways for the person to leave us alone.
Overall, the food tasted good but the service was the reason I wouldn’t choose to visit again.
