Delicous latte in town. I ordered the matcha latte & iced latte for $13.72. The place was clean, and there was restrooms. Plenty tables so u could hang out with friends and u didn't need to wait. The service was fast, and the workers were friendly. Really love the unique cup holder.

The chocolate protein shake was perfectly fine, but the staff were amazing. I accidentally ordered an item with collagen as a vegetarian and they just remade it for me with no hassle.

Management of this Soho location, please have some type of team meeting because the service is god aweful. Everyone making the juices and sandwiches move like they are in slow motion, too busy gossiping and talking to each other. Why do I have to wait 20+ minutes for a salad?

Speaking of salad, I ordered the tuna salad twice. Both times, I’ve been served rotten dirty broccoli. It’s almost as if the workers are blind - like if it’s rotten why are you adding it??!. The first time the girl made my salad, she whispers to her coworker that the broccoli was rotten (pictures added) and she shrugged her shoulders and still added it to my salad. I ordered for pickup at 1:00, they forgot to make my salad and I got it at 1:40. Second time, they added dirty broccoli roots to my salad.

This is a busy soho location, so get your act together!  The service is god horrendous, and you need to do a better job training your staff.

Came in here. Bought myself a small coffee with half and half. Really needed to use the bathroom. I go over see that the there’s a guy mopping the bathroom. I wait a bit standing around. The guy is taking his sweet time. I then ask him if the bathroom is available and he tells me “you have to wait it’s wet and the other one is unavailable” so I go sit down to wait on the verge of pissing my pants. I leave I come back. I probably waited around like 10 minutes. I look over. He’s standing there looking at his phone. Doing nothing! Just standing there on his phone. I go in bed to him once again and ask him if it’s dry. “I’m sorry it’s wet you can’t use it”. I tell him that I really have to use the bathroom. And he told me no again!!!! Like what??? How are paying customers treated this way. Never again. The coffee was below average and the service is horrible. Will never come back or recommend this place to anyone especially this location. I ended up having to go back to my car and drink my coffee in there while i desperately search as to where I can take a piss.
