Absolutely loved our stay at the Kixby Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The location is unbeatable, just off 5th Ave and steps away from iconic attractions like the Empire State Building and Herald Square. To top it off, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting NYC!"

Clean and centrally located hotel with a rooftop bar/lounge(open all day, and doesn't require buying drinks). Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and relatively large for NY standards, and the front desk service is great. When you book, be aware of the extra fees you'll pay when checking in(if you want a laugh, ask them what you get for the extra fees). They do have a water station and will give you a small water bottle you can refill, but it's on the 2nd floor only, so if you're higher up be prepared to spend time in the elevator and stairs. Again, the location is great for visitors who want to be walking distance from train stations and landmarks, Broadway, shopping and proximate to good restaurants, coffee and pastries.

Great hotel in midtown! We loved it here.  Beautiful rooms, amazing views of the Empire State Building from our room and from the Lookout on the roof. The staff were all super welcoming and helpful. Shout-outs to Jay, Grace, and Jose for excellent service and for going above & beyond!

PS Don't miss out on Angelina's bakery a couple doors down for an excellent cannoli or a great slice.

Great little hotel, right in the heart of everything. Our room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was a good size with a double shower. The  bed was huge and comfortable. They had a pod coffee/tea machine in the room, a d the pods were filled up daily. If you needed more you could just ask at reception. All the staff were very friendly and on arrival they gave you a reusable water bottle. Which came in very handy. We didn't hear any traffic noise during the night and slept well every night. Maybe the fact we walked around 10 miles every day😁
Only downside was it was difficult using your key card in the elevators. We were not the only ones to struggle with this, and the blinds in the room let light in, in the morning. This wasn't an issue for us because we wanted to get up early to make the most of the 6 days we stayed here, but could be an issue for some people. Would not stop us staying here again
Overall a brilliant hotel that I would recommend to anyone, and we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Big sized bedrooms considering the size of other hotel rooms in New York. Toiletries in the room (replenished daily). Rooms also had a fridge and a safe. Brilliant location (2 minute walk to Macy's). Rooftop bar overlooking empire state building (nice to see at night time). On the 2nd floor, you have access to tea, coffee, water, fruit, (and snacks between 3pm and 5pm). Staff are super friendly and very welcoming! The hotel is very luxurious. Would definitely recommend and will be going here again if I go back to New York 💗🗽
