I made an appointment here for my 6 year-old after we failed miserably at getting his blood drawn at the allergist. While he was still terrified and started crying seconds after he sat in the chair, the phlebotomist was so calm and methodical in her approach that it was done in just one try and literally took just a minute! I’ll happily bring my kid back the next time we need bloodwork done. Thank you!

I live on the upper West side but this was the area I chose to go to because I could just take the 96 street crosstown bus and then walk a few blocks down. The place is very small but I got there about a half hour too early and this lovely technician took my information before I even had a chance to check in with the kiosk and then took me immediately after and the whole thing took about 10 minutes and then I was out, so it went really really well and she was very pleasant. The place could use a little spritzing up and look a little more cheerful is all really I have to say as far as improvements because the place is very small so if there are a lot of people, you might want to choose to wait outside.

I dropped off a specimen for chronically ill son and never got the results. When I called and finally reached someone they told me the lab was on a delay and the doctor should receive results on June 26 for something I dropped off on June 8. The results will no longer be relevant by then. They never said a word when I brought in the specimen. I am furious. We have to redo the test.
