So I was there for the Loud Luxury performance and I absolutely enjoyed it, the crowd was great, even though it got so packed i thought it must be a fire hazard for all of us. Great experience though honestly.

But, the BOUNCERS? They really have to have a conversation with them. I’m pretty used to aggressive bouncers, I’ve seen my fair share in NYC. But I’ve never had a bouncer actually SHOVE me in to the crowd before because I was walking too close to the VIP section. Like this man, started screaming in my face and pushing me, even though the bar or whatever that separated the section from the rest of the crowd was in between me and the section. The crowd was so thick that when he shoved me, I just got shoved back by the crowd and you could barely see the divider between the section and the crowd due to how packed it was and how much fun people were having. Idk why you’re initiating violence against party goers because they’re too close to the divider. I’ve never experienced something like that before.

The drink were crazy expensive. I think they were like $24 for a small cup, since I had to pay for the group I was with. I know I bought a shot and a Long Island and it came up to $45 so keep that in mind when heading out. BUT the drinks were good, and the bartenders were super efficient, quick and did not skip over you. Didn’t wait more than 3/4 minutes every time I went up for a drink, and that’s amazing considering it was like 2 of them (that I could see) and the huge crowd that was there. I gave three stars for food, but this was for the drinks and the price of said drinks. They were good but expensive imo.

At first I thought I was being sensitive about the bouncer, but seeing other comments, it’s clear that this isn’t a one off issue. If I was standing and pushing the bar back into the vip section then I’d get it if that was the case, but I was clearly making my way through the crowd so itching to put your hands on someone like that is wild, and management should really start having conversations about the issue. Or they’ll push the wrong person some day. Clubs in the city can get a bad reputation from this, it’s really not a good look.

For all the fun I had, I really wish that incident didn’t happen. Completely messed up my night tbh. I would have let it go, but I think other party goers should just be self aware when dealing with establishments that don’t learn to handle their staff.

I liked it for the most part, their EDM music 😉 was new to me so I've enjoyed it and it was my very first time thanks to DJ Marrow for selling me the ticket. I wished They weren't so strict at the door but I got it by the end of the night gotta protect the place from crazy people. Overall I liked it I might come back during summer again sometime

Its amazing LED screens, lighting, and lasers liven up the atmosphere, though the place itself is small and becomes crowded easily. Added to that is the VIP section they block off, which makes it harder to enjoy the experience. The first time I was here for a show, the security guard saw me getting harassed by a drunk guy, locked eyes with me, and did nothing.
Drinks are also overpriced!
