I have shopped at Miss Finch for years! They have excellent customer service and stand by their products. I love the original designer dresses In beautiful fabrics and patterns. Also many options for dresses & sets & sweaters too!

Placed an order in the amount of approx $550. all the dresses did not fit right. material was beautiful but sleeves were too long or waist was too loose. I returned the items using my own label instead of using theirs, within a couple days. I was not issued a refund. reached out multiple times via email and did not hear back. they don't have a phone number to call. when I did hear back via email, I was told they would be taking 130 dollars of my return since I didn't use their label. I don't think this is fair and caution others from shopping at a place with such poor customer service.

I ordered 4 dresses from Miss Finch NYC after reading reviews on this company. All dresses are of high quality, and I received my orders within 4 days of ordering. I love all of these dresses and have received many compliments. I have referred several people to this website. Their clothing sizes are spot on.

I have ordered some items but the fit was not to my satisfaction since the length of the  dress and the skirt was too long. Have requested a return and a refund which was processed accordingly.
The items were of a very good quality and I would recommend them highly.

Frank was very helpful as well as the entire staff. they were very nice and accommodated  a one time exception return on a sales item that didn't fit. would shop there again. beautiful modest dresses at affordable prices.
