Came here for an early dinner on Sunday and the pizza was OUTSTANDING. Really impressed with the dough (which is the hardest part to get right, but truly is the soul of a neopolitan pizza) - flavors were also amazing.

Highly recommend branching out and exploring different styles. The restaurant itself has a ton of space and the dining space is quite expansive. You can get a view of the wood fired pizza making action right in front of you which was awesome.

The service was fast and also super friendly. They were very accommodating and helped us with the menu which was great. Overall, very impressed with this place and highly recommend a try.

We had a reservation for 8pm but arrived almost 2 hours early. Even though the place was packed the staff made it possible and got us a table much earlier. Their service was excellent and super friendly. Pizza, Pasta and dessert were delicious 🤤

Delicious pizza and great wine! This place had great reviews, so we stopped by for some pizza. The service was decent. We are your average people checking reviews and unknowingly walked into a former Michelin Star joint. Shorts and t-shirts apparently are not the preferred choice here. Nonetheless, the server was kind enough.............. but luckily, the pizza was really good! The Super Tuscan wine is also a great choice for us by the glass folk. We split 1 pizza for 2 people...even though they say it's a personal size pizza. Worth the stop for sure!

Ribalta is an Italian Italian place, authentic Italian style food very good, the pies are small. I’d say 12 inches traditional Neapolitan style, my fellow paisans told me about this place (one first gen and someone from Napoli. The waiters who speak both of English and Italian, my waiter Luca (who was excellent) was from room coming from an Italian family. I was able to speak Italian with him, very great guy, a lot of Italian Italians do go here. Overall, the food here was excellent, I love an excellent carbonara and that’s exactly what I got. Everything here was excellent, a must, but please look at the menu before going going here this is not your typical Italian American place, cold so if you’re going here on the weekend, you must make a reservation, I do not know about during the week. I was here on a Saturday.

Delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas! We tried the DOC and Zole pizzas, both of which were fantastic, and the Cacio e Pepe was rich and flavorful. The Mediterranean Salad, however, felt a bit underwhelming and lacked any unique flavor. Overall, the pizzas made for a very satisfying meal.
