We were treated like VIPs here! Had a lovely time and ordered so many wonderful things. We dined on the rooftop and it was such a lovely night to do so. Even if we had dined inside we would have been happy because we peeped the decor and every inch of this restaurant was so cool. They have a wide menu with pretty much anything you could possibly want on it, so I feel like it may be really easy to find something you like here. My sister's pasta portion was HUGE too, we kinda had a cheeky laugh over that! Overall, I loved my experience here and would def go again.

we’ve had the best dinner in nyc in this restaurant. the quality is just top tier, whether it’s for the service or the food, you can feel and taste the commitment and dedication of the personnel, which gives the best meal experience to the clients.

Christian, the manager, has been attentive in making sure everything worked perfectly and was a pleasant and friendly presence.

Had a pleasant experience here celebrating a friend’s birthday. The location is nice and the inside is beautifully decorated. One of the better locations I’ve found as I’ve been to the a few of the locations. The staff were friendly and attentive along with the food coming out quickly. The drinks were made strong which makes it worth the high price but the food I would say is definitely over priced which is the only reason why I deducted a star. The food is delicious but you’re really paying for the name, the location and ambiance when it comes to Serafina so you have to go into it knowing that you’re going to pay a premium for that. Other than that, we had a great time.

Vi snubblade över denna plats av misstag efter att ha lämnat en annan restaurang som inte passade vår vibe. Vi var så glada att vi gjorde det! Serafina var ett kvarter från vårt hotell, och detta var vår första natt i NYC efter en lång dag av resor. Efter att ha suttit på en stor plats i liten matsal i den bakre, kände min syster och jag rätt hemma. Serveringspersonalen behandlade oss som kungligheter, maten var fantastisk, och platsen var stor. Jag åt spaghetti carbonara, som var att dö för! Syrran hade farfalle al limoncello som vi båda sa var himlen på jorden! Canoli för öken var bara den perfekta avslutningen på natten! Även brödet var bra, även om vi var tvungna att betala för det. Allt som allt hade vi en fantastisk måltid och skulle definitivt gå tillbaka.

Mycket trevlig miljö. Vi valde att sitta utomhus i deras semi - slutet utrymme, vilket var bekvämt. Vår servitör var uppmärksam och artig. Maten var extremt vällagad. Om vi hade varit i stan längre, skulle jag definitivt ha gått tillbaka för middag.
