Our stay at the Moore was exceptional. Rooms were always cleaned to a high level and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is excellent and allows for great accessibility to all parts of Manhattan. The staff were extremely impressive, the best customer service I’ve received in a hotel to date - We will be back! The coffee and pastries were a great touch too. Thanks again guys :)

This is a great boutique hotel right in the heart of Chelsea. It’s perfect for anyone who needs to spend a weekend, and has perfect subway access. It’s got a nice modern design and is impeccably clean.

The rooms though are SMALL — and not just your smaller-than-usual New York hotel room size. SMALL! Our room had one queen bed and room for nothing else. Nowhere for suitcases, etc. Probably best suited for solo travelers or a couple traveling light.

That said, you can’t beat the location if you’re looking to be in Chelsea or explore the city via subway.

Modern, excellent location, charming stay! I found this gem on Design Hotels. My room was on the smaller side, but totally fine for a quick stay and generous for NYC standards. I like that it's a more intimate hotel and they have DS&Durga amenities. Great morning coffee and pastry. I'll be back!

This is a great little hotel and very affordable. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. The staff is incredible and go above and beyond. Free little coffee and pastry in the morning. Great location on a charming little street. Only possible critique is the rooms aren’t very quiet, so if you’re really sensitive about that it could be a concern. Not terrible tho.
