Food was a 5 but overall everything’s 3.5/4 bc the service was inattentive at best, and the beautiful upstairs ( see picture) was closed for dining.
We came specifically for the beautiful upstairs, and if they were short staffed or not that busy as they said, the part that you should keep open, should be the section of the restaurant that draws people in because of it’s ambience.

Horrible service. It took them 35 minutes to bring us water. They took the order after 2& minutes. The food and drinks came haphazardly and without any order. The food however was really good. We had four different types of ramen, bao, and the gyoza. They were are amenable to our palate. If you are ready to suffer through the deplorable service the food might be worth your time. The second floor where the restroom is a lot prettier. Ask to be seated there if possible.

I stopped in for lunch as a solo diner. Service was pretty slow, I felt ignored a little bit. I didn’t get my fountain drink until just a few minutes before my ramen arrived. Brisket ramen was good but the brisket was drier than I hoped for. The serving of the ramen was plentiful. It was, however, extremely loud. I had headphones on and they didn’t even drown out the noise from how loud the environment was (not their fault, but just a note that it’s maybe not the environment for some quiet time!)

Yaki soba steak bulgogi is nice. Desert is disappointing, the taste is good but the portion is too small for the price (10$) including the icecream.
