Back after a year!

Great pace with the food. Menu hasn’t changed much but still enjoyed the caviar.

The fish was my favorite dish as it was so fresh and crisp. The duck was unique with all the side dishes.

Dessert was good with the sugar top - it was pure sugar though so get your teeth ready! Mochi donut at the end was delicious with the ice cream. The ice cream melted very quickly and could have been colder.

My only advise is to not sit at the table by the kitchen as it’s extremely narrow between your chair and the wine glass shelves. Got bumped into a few times.

Otherwise worth going to again!

Amazing experience. Enjoyed a delicious and unique 8 course Korean meal. I loved my blueberry mule, it featured candied ginger. Try the Uni Kim, best add on. You won’t regret booking this experience.

What an incredible experience! Do not miss out on the espresso martini- one of the best I’ve ever had!

The tasting menu is crafted beautifully and takes you on a culinary journey. Lots of different flavors and textures.

Would highly recommend booking in advanced to be able to snag a spot in one of the seatings!

Jua’s menu is pure excellence carried by outstanding staple dishes and amazing cooking. The caviar Kim is a flavor filled bite of sushi, and the Jook is my favorite, being so delicious and in good portion too. Their Branzino had an amazing sauce and a nice crisp on the skin. The Galbi & Chan make a great final dish that blends the beef with other amazing tastes. For dessert, the sweet potato bun & brown butter ice cream was exactly what I would have wanted to round out this spectacular meal.

We were really impressed with everything at Jua! The dishes were amazing and inventive and beautiful. The portions were perfect for a fixed menu, and everything was so well balanced. The service was warm and friendly. We loved every dish and will definitely be back!
