Located on W. 34th and Broadway in Midtown West. We were walking 'Times Square', making our way to the 'Empire State Building'... but first, as a Macy's lover, we had to stop at my beautiful Macy's headquarters!
This store is big, clean, and very nicely organized, fully stocked, and filled with so many happy shoppers. Seeing the holiday decor in person was priceless.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at thee NYC store.

Absolutely huge departmental store - probably largest in NYC and spanning over 8 whopping floors with probably 100s of brands. They are mainly luxury and branded goods which covers the bulk of the first few floors - hardly any on offer unless you are really lucky. As you proceed upwards, there are more areas with discounts (can be up to 70% off).

Worth a visit for the experience and hype or just some good window shopping. Reminds me slightly of Harrods from the UK (although this is a much tamer version). Staff are all friendly and counters were very efficient given the number of cashiers present. Exterior designs are really well done and inviting - gives off a very posh vibe and definitely catches the eye of the regular passer-by! They have a very unique wooden escalator too around the seventh or eight level. There are a couple of F&B outlets within this massive layout too so don’t worry about being hungry at all!

Traditional department store in the USA, large, with many departments, famous brands and good quality. The atmosphere is very good and a paradise for shopping. At this time of year, there are many discounts, which makes it easier to buy more products with better quality. Sensational.

Yes, this is definitely one of the biggest stores I have been to.  As good as, if not better than Harrods and Selferidges in London.  I love it that there are cafes or restaurants on each floor. Even McDonald's on Level 7 is unbelievable.

I visited the world’s largest Macy's for its Winter Village at Christmas—such a nice experience! The store is huge, but the holiday section felt a bit small in comparison. It was also a bit challenging to find the restrooms, and the lines were long.
