Overall the experience was pretty good. It was completed in 30 minutes within the time window agreed upon. Neptune installed the window AC unit (purchased elsewhere) for 270$ which included installation warranty, bracket, insulation and disposal of the old unit. The silicone insulation was applied a bit spotty and the water from the old unit leaked a bit, but no major issues.

My overall experience with Neptune was OK.

I needed to replace my living room AC unit, so called around to get quotes. Neptune offered a good price, so I set up an appointment.

However, once the technician came with the new AC unit, he realized that it wasn't the correct machine for my apartment, so we had to set up another appointment.

It's very hard to reach anyone at Neptune AC by phone. When I called to set up my 2nd appointment, it always went to voicemail, and even after leaving multiple messages, they're were very slow in getting back to me. They need more people operating the phone lines.

Other than that, they offer a good price for the new AC machine, and it's running well. Technicians also did a good job with the install.

It is the first time I’ve purchased air conditioners.  Dean helped carefully guide me through the process taking into account the size of the rooms in the apartment.  The installers were efficient and timely.  So thankful for Neptune with the heat waves upon us now.

Recently moved to a condo with 2 PTAC units that desperately needed a deep clean; Neptune just finished here and both units are running so smoothly and less drag due to all the build up years of gunk! Thank you Neptune! Hopefully this will bring the energy cost down as well as breathing in cleaner air. They were on time and communicative about when they would arrive. No complaints!
