Tonight, Saturday January 4th 2025 We ate at the original Patsy in Harlem. The Pizza is always phenomenal. Thin crust, excellent flavor and no flop. We sat at table 22 and our waiter was so friendly and has been there for over 20 years! We even bought a t shirt to represent the perfection of the pizza. We ordered a regular pie and a sausage pie. Our 92 year old aunt loved it!!!

My mother introduced this place to me because she grew up down the block. And they are still remarkable! The food was amazing and the portions very large. The service was very classy! Will definitely be returning.

Great pizza and entrees since 1933.  I have been coming to this neighborhood restaurant for many years and have never been disappointed.  My favorite Italian restaurant in the NYC area.

Prices are very reasonable.  They also have a good wine list and deserts are excellent.

The list of celebrities that have dined here is extensive and there are celebrity photographs on the walls.  They include Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, and many others.

Highly recommended.

Food: coal oven pizza was thin and light weight. Ingredients good and perfect blend!
It's not my favorite style pizza but it's still very good!
Waiter explained that pizza is their specialty from coal oven so no calzones and typical pizza menu available. They do serve dishes.
Location and parking can be hard at times. Off street parking is limited and can be frustrating to find if you are dining in.
Restaurant is CASH ONLY!
Two doors to restaurant! One for dine in only which is menu items and whole pies. Other door is at counter and no seating available!

A legend in Harlem, but to be honest I am not a big fan of wood fired pizza.  This pizza was pretty good and they used excellent ingredients.  It was still a bit crispy on the crust and nobody still could eat the crust.  While eating we were confronted by someone begging for money, which seems to be supported by their cash only business model.  They really need to do a better job of controlling the flow of patrons.  We also had trouble adding to our order and finally paying.  The meal took about 45 min longer than it needed to, and they would do well to turn the tables over faster anyway.
