Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Cary Lenovo Center, located in Raleigh, NC, offers a blend of comfort and convenience for travelers. The hotel is located close to the freeway and there is a Shell gas station in the immediate area. You can walk to the gas station in less than a minute. But the store portion is closed at 11pm while the pumps seem to be working 24/7. The hotel's ground maintenance seems to be doing their jobs. The outside has a lot of nice touch to it like the deer statues, the benches, the grill, the rocking chairs right outside the main entrance, and so on. The room ha decent decorations and maintained ok. The bathroom sink was backing up and I had to let the front desk know. When I came back for the night, it was fixed. However, sink's clogging up doesn't happen overnight. It takes a while to develop. What does that tell me? The housekeeping is not relating the problem to the management. The hotel really needs to keep up with the aesthetic touch up. That's the first sign of turning into a Motel 6 or run down La Quinta. It really reflects on the leadership of the management. Here are other signs. The bathroom mirror has tear and wear. The housekeeping team should relay that to the management. While the plastic liner prevents the accumulated filthiness of the trash can, how about cleaning the trash can first? You can see how dirty the trash can is through the liner. Then there are all kind of skit marks inside and outside the elevators. The elevators themselves are not cleaned thoroughly. I see the same filth in the elevator 3 days ago. The lights above the main entrance are going out. They are flashing SOS Moses Code. All these discrepancies can be observed by any staff and brought up to the management. Heck, the management could even notice themselves. Why aren't all these discrepancies persist and not taken care of?

This hotel was pretty great for our family. We ended up in two rooms and had hoped to get connected rooms, but since we booked late we had rooms across the hall from each other. The front desk employee was very sweet and welcoming, as well as the bartender. The rooms were spacious and there was the cutest "buddy" stuffed animals for the kids. My son loved taking his stuffed dog everywhere taking pictures with him. The breakfast bar had a lot of food options, we always live seeing a place with waffle makers for breakfast. It was a little chilly during our visit so we didn't get to take advantage of the nice outdoor setting and games. The only thing I was a fan of was that the gym area was outside of the hotel in a room not connected to the building. Overall this was a great place to stay with the family.

This hotel was my home for about 2 weeks while I was in the Raleigh area on business. Really great location I might say. Plenty of recreational activities like a lounge outside with a fireplace. Fitness room outside detached from the building and outdoor pool as well. Breakfast was phenomenal as well daily with rotating food daily. The staff are actually great personable people! The bartender Sean that I saw every day was absolutely a pleasant to see whenever I came back from the days work and socialize with the other bar patrons. Front desk staff was nice too and helpful! Rooms are absolutely cozy, modern and spacious. I enjoy that the checkout time was at noon too. This place felt like a second home to me. I happily enjoyed my stay here!

This hotel was probably one of the nicest I've stayed in. The exterior straight into the lobby was fantastic. The room was normal but everything else set it apart. Unfortunately I had an early flight and didn't get to take advantage of breakfast so I'm not sure how that is but my guess would be great based on everything else

The first time I stayed here they stole my ipad. I left it on the bed when I checked out. I called that day but it was gone. It's convenient for work and that was a few years ago so I figured I would keep better watch on my valuables and give it another try. They put me in the room next to the elevator on the first floor. Would not have been able to sleep because the noise of the elevator going up and down is so loud. Asked to switch rooms and unfortunately they were full but the front desk girl was so rude about it. Scrambled to find a room somewhere else. Fortunately I found the Home 2 suites hotel next door, huge beautiful rooms but more importantly the people that work at the hotel are friendly and understand what customer service is. I usually really like the Hampton Inn and this particular hotel has a beautiful lobby and hotel bar but after two bad experiences at this particular location i will not be going back.

Holy bajezzem!!! What a great hampton! Started with a king suite Free upgrade with dining, kitchen, separate bedroom, couch and 2 really comfy beds so off to a great start. Just if I 40, 6 story hampton with some renovations going on but rustic log cabin eating area, very nice outdoor patio with flat screen TV ( albeit still has 5" of snow out there today) but feels like I'm in the Rockies. My view out the bedroom is all woods, private, tv in each room, good WiFi - and again, clean comfortable beds!! Staff is spot on, breakfast was typical hampton- hot food, waffles and fruit pastries , and last night complimentary beer wine and snacks 5-7!! Glad I stayed here vs downtown , good value, easy access . Recommend !!

The only good thing about this place is Todd. He's sweet. Fuck this place. I left my Apple Watch in the bathroom & when I called about it & came back the room was already half way cleaned & they "looked for it" but it wasn't there. Bullshit!! This place has some workers that have some sticky fingers. Fuck this place. 0/10 I don't recommend

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to PNC arena as we were visiting for a hockey game. We arrived at the hotel at around 830pm and were greeted right away by front desk team. During our check process we had an issue with our rate and the front desk team rectified the problem immediately. Once we arrived to our room we found a spacious very clean room. We were happy to find the dishes were left in the dishwasher so we knew they were infact clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to have a good night sleep. When we woke in the morning we found out breakfast went until 10am half expecting it to be closed since we prefer to sleep in. When we arrived downstairs we were impressed with the variety of options. The young lady that was maintaining the breakfast area was also friendly and always smiling. We did notice they were out of hard boiled eggs and we asked her if they had any left (expecting her to say no since it was so close to closing time for breakfast). She went to the back and brought more out - great service! The quality of the food was very good and it was warm (surprising since it is a buffet setup). We did call down and ask for a late checkout and we're offered an additional hour at no charge! Overall this hotel was fantastic and we will definitely visit again when we are in the area amfoe hockey!

Lovely motel Upscale Pet friendly place I love the bar in the lobby. Nice sitting areas My room was very comfortable with sofa,kitchen with real pot and glassware. Even a dishwasher Tv in front of sofa The separate bedroom had a king size bed with beautiful white linen Double sinks in bathroom with a large shower Breakfast starts at 6 am. Scrambled eggs and lots of selection Out in front of this motel is a gas station and convenient store that so nice
