Fun tourist spot to check out all things Pioneer Woman! We visited in 2019 and again in 2024. They remodeled and changed the menu since our first visit and while the food was still good, I do remember liking it more the first time. Seems like they used to have a lot more options.

We've been here a few times over the years and it's always exceeded expectations!  The occasion for this visit was a belated anniversary trip.  The visits are far enough between that there's always something new downtown or something new on the menu to discover.  Morgan, our server, was an absolute delight!  She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu.  Good service is hard to find in the food service industry these days so it's much appreciated.  I love the "Spicy Cowgirl" coffee which is basically a cafe mocha with a kick of cayenne pepper added.  It's delicious!  My wife had their avocado toast and I had the biscuit and gravy breakfast.  Too much food for us to eat! Prices were on the high side even for today's inflation but I'm happy to pay for quality food and service.  We always love coming here and I'm sure we'll be back many times more!

This is an absolutely beautiful store in the heart of Pawhuska. The store side has sooo much to offer literally anything you can imagine Pioneer Woman. My mother has been wanting to come and visit for years so we made a weekend of it. The bakery and coffee upstairs is definitely a do not miss opportunity. There is attention to detail with every glance. The restaurant side is beautiful and the service was excellent. I felt bad on both my visits for the staff having to tell more than half of the restaurant that ordered coffee ☕️ that they were out of coffee cups because x amount were broken and so we received our coffee in the most cheapest paper cup available on market literally! My mother was looking forward to the whole experience and this part of it was less than desirable especially since we are both coffee drinkers. My mother literally has every piece of her kitchen decked out in pioneer woman and to go to the actual Pioneer Woman location and they do not have any coffee cups available? There are literally hundreds within a foot away in the store of every shape and size for sale but if you want coffee with your meal you are outa luck because I guess it isn’t in the budget??? Our server went and washed a cup himself to bring us a cup at the end of our meal. But, everything was cooked well, tasted great, and was priced accordingly. We had a great experience and I do recommend overall. ❤️✌️

Second time to eat here but first time for breakfast. Coffee is strong. Staff friendly and quick. Atmosphere is good. Food was good. We got a cinnamon roll and split a meal which came with a biscuit. After eating biscuit and cinnamon roll we were full 😂 but we still kept eating. Loved the butter and syrup variety.

The Mercantile exceeded our expectations in every way.  We arrived by 8 am so we would be sure to get a table.  It was a Tuesday morning and it wasn’t very busy.   Our waitress was delightful.  She brought us biscuits with raspberry jam and butter.  They just melted in your mouth.  I ordered the crunchy French toast as I saw Ree’s show where she made it.  My husband got biscuits and gravy.  Both were delicious.  The decor was beautiful, very elegant.  Pawhuska is very lucky to have this establishment.
