From start to finish, our experience at this hotel was exceptional! We called ahead to let them know we’d be arriving very late, and they ensured everything was ready for us when we got there.

The valet service was top-notch,  as soon as we pulled up, they jumped into action, helping us unload our car efficiently. At the front desk, the staff was incredibly welcoming, taking the time to explain all the services the hotel offers, including the charming touch of free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches from 9-10 PM (such a fun and thoughtful perk!).

The hotel itself is stunning,  a perfect blend of modern elegance with a nostalgic French twist. Our room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. On top of all that, the location couldn’t have been better. It’s just far enough from the chaos to feel relaxing but close enough to get to all the action in minutes.

I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough and plan to stay here every time I visit New Orleans. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

I work for Marriott and was staying on the employee discounted rate.

Very pretty hotel, seems to have been recently remodeled. Welcome gift for Marriott members with high enough status is a free drink at the bar or one free thing from the breakfast menu. Hotel is beautiful and in a much quieter part of the city, near many very delicious restaurants. Not much to say other than everything was clean and every associate I interacted with was great.

Don't stay at this hotel. This is almost a scam. They will charge you $16 for in-house water bottle even if you never touched or drank it. What's worst is that the receipt that you see at the check-out will look correct but they send you a revised receipt with $16 added next day in a sneaky way so that you may easily overlook it. During my 3-day stay, the housekeeping didn't even do the job for one day. The thermostat is also very bad - it never reaches the temperature that you set up. Plus, it's not well isolated from outside so you hear almost everything that happens outside. The location is good because it's walkable to the French quarter and inside the hotel district, but I would stay at this hotel NEVER again.

The hotel is nice. However there are rats running all around throughout both alleys crawling into the sewers into the hotel. The bathroom sink in the room did not drain - in fact it backed up. The downstairs bartender Ken can’t handle a full bar by himself. If someone orders (4) drinks, there’s 10 people waiting. He needs help. The doormen were courteous. The location is decent. Overall it’s a 3.5 / 5 when you consider the other available options.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The hotel was clean and stylish.The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattress felt like sleeping at home. The hotel was conveniently located near the attractions. I loved everything about it, and will definitely stay here again when I return to New Orleans.
