Amazing bar and restaurant. Even the cheaper things on the menu are done to perfection. I don't exactly understand why it made the top 50 list of best bars though. There wasn't a stand out cocktail or dish (like there usually is) ... maybe I'm missing something? This was the best bar I went to in NOLA.

Cocktail only review
I sat solo by the bar before dinner hours and was able to get seated immediately. I ordered the Feast of Avalon and it was a beautiful presentation of fresh herbs and a smokey cinnamon stick. The drink was delicious. Cocktails are priced at $14-16 for normal cocktails and the premiums at ~$30.
The bartenders were very friendly and quick to service. The inside of the establishment has a quaint décor with cool printed napkins too!

Wow, what an experience this bar was. I visited New Orleans with my girlfriend for the first time in October 2024. Prior to that, my Uncle had visited at some point and sent me a postcard of it, so it was one of my top priorities to stop in.

I don't usually go anywhere this nice, as I'm more of a dive bar kind of person, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was casual wear.

We didn't order any food, so I can't rate the food honestly, but the drinks were spectacular! Vince was without a doubt one of the best bartenders I've ever met, if not THE best, and he had a lot of great knowledge and insight about the city.

Cole, the bartender who made my second drink, was outstanding too.

Both of the drinks came from the seasonal menu, which appropriately were spooky/Halloween themed. Neither one were anything I would order normally, but I was feeling adventurous and wanted to try something I couldn't get anywhere else, and neither one disappointed!

As a side note, I texted my uncle as we were walking up to let him know we were trying it out, and while we were sitting at the bar, a hostess asked if I was *My name,* and said "Great, we have a little surprise for you." Turns out, my Uncle had called when he got the message from me and bought us a gift card to use on the spot! Thanks again for that!

Also, the bathrooms had a lot of posters for rock concerts that had taken place in NOLA in years past, so that was really cool to see who all had come through.

We even got some postcards of our own at the end of our stay to send out ourselves!

10/10. This was a level of service I rarely see anywhere, and I think I'm gonna make a point of stopping in whenever I'm in town! It's definitely a Jewel. Thank you all!

I came here for the cocktails and it did not disappoint. The presentation of the drinks is impressive. The bartender was very attentive and friendly and provided us with great recommendations. This bar is tucked away and a little hard to find off of St Louis in the French Quarter but there will be a light blue door that leads you right into their patio area. I would recommend street parking off of Rampart or paying for parking right next to the bar. I started off with the Harlequin. The drink is tropical and tastes like you are on vacation.

The next drink that we tried was the righteous harlot. It has vodka and dragonfruit in it. The couple next to us ordered the drink we were drawn in by the color and so we just had to try it. Overall, the bartender and ambiance of the bar was great. Look forward to coming back and checking out their dinner menu.

incredible food, service, and vibe! we ordered the tuna and carrots to start, beef cheek and fish and chips for main.

the beef cheeks was so savoury, rich (not too rich), and complemented really well by the onions. it was my first time having beef tongue and i was blown away.

the fish and chips were crispy, super fresh tasting, and the chips were to die for.

10/10 would come back. loved chatting with our server, galan, as well. thank you!
